上記課題を解決するための本発明は、ステータ部と、回転多面鏡を保持するロータ部と、を有する偏向走査装置において、前記ステータ部はセラミック材で形成された固定スリーブを有し、前記ロータ部は前記固定スリーブに回転自在に嵌合するセラミック材で形成された回転軸と、前記回転軸に取り付けられており前記回転多面鏡を保持する金属製の部材と、を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)

  1. ステータ部と、回転多面鏡を保持するロータ部と、を有する偏向走査装置において、
    前記ステータ部はセラミック材で形成された固定スリーブを有し、前記ロータ部は前記固定スリーブに回転自在に嵌合するセラミック材で形成された回転軸と、前記回転軸に取り付けられており前記回転多面鏡を保持する金属製の部材と、を有することを特徴とする偏向走査装置。
  2. 前記金属製の部材は、前記回転多面鏡の受け座を有する請求項１に記載の偏向走査装置。
  3. 前記装置は更に、前記回転多面鏡を前記ロータ部に固定するための固定部材を有し、前記固定部材は前記金属製の部材に取り付けられている請求項１に記載の偏向走査装置。
  4. 前記金属製の部材は前記固定部材を嵌合するための溝部を有する請求項３に記載の偏向走査装置。
