That is, since the number of parts is large and the work of attaching the backing plate is required, the work of attaching the patch is troublesome. Looseness occurs between the backing plate and the mounting portion, which tends to cause instability. The backing plate is rusted by the weather and damages the appearance,
Corrosion progresses and in extreme cases, the fixing force decreases and the protective guard material falls off. And other issues.

Consists of a cylindrical body with a mounting part attached to
When the fixed body and the moving body or the moving bodies are in contact with each other via the cylindrical body, the protective guard material reduces shock of the moving body or the fixed body, and the cylindrical body is formed of a thermoplastic elastomer. And a hard resin layer is formed on a mounting portion of the cylindrical body. Further, the protective guard material according to the present invention, in the above invention, has a configuration in which a composite layer of the thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin is formed between the mounting portion and the hard resin layer, It is characterized in that a hard resin is formed on a part of the surface, and a thermoplastic elastomer of a different color is formed on a part of the outer surface of the elastically deformable portion.

Further, other resins can be used. The hardness is preferably about 60 to 80 as a type A durometer hardness according to JIS K6253. In the case of this hardness range, the air layer portion inside the tubular body can sufficiently absorb the elastic deformation of the tubular body body portion. Further, as the shape of the cylindrical body, it is preferable that the bottom part (mounting part) has a flat surface shape and the top part has an arc shape. In addition, bottom (mounting part)
It is preferable that a concave portion such as a triangular groove is formed in the center of the bottom surface. With this configuration, the bolt tightening strength can be further increased, and the degree of loosening in the middle can be reduced. Furthermore, the thickness of the hard resin layer formed on the mounting portion of the cylindrical body can prevent bolts from being loosened or displaced when fixed and installed on a fixed body such as a building wall or a moving body such as a vehicle or a ship. A thickness is required, and it is preferable that the thickness be 5 mm or more at the maximum thickness portion. The hard resin forming the hard resin layer is a styrene resin (PS / ABS).
・ AS), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (P
P), hard vinyl chloride (PVC), urethane resin (P
U) and other hard resins are preferred. The hardness is preferably about 40 to 60 as a type D durometer hardness according to JIS K6253. Examples of combinations of thermoplastic elastomers and hard resins include styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, polypropylene / polyvinyl chloride-based thermoplastic elastomers, and rigid vinyl chloride-urethane-based thermoplastic elastomers. There are combinations such as hard urethane. It is important that the thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin are combined in a mold at the time of formation. The thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin can be firmly integrated by forming them simultaneously in the mold. Further, in the case where the composite of the thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin has insufficient adhesive strength and is difficult to be integrated, the resin composite layer can be inserted between the thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin for strong integration.

When installing on a fixed body such as a building wall, a bolt is attached to the fixed body in advance, and the tip of the bolt is inserted into the bolt insertion hole, and a nut is tightened through the opening. , Can be fixed and installed on the fixed body. Alternatively, the embedded nut may be attached to the fixed body in advance, a bolt may be inserted from the opening of the protective guard material, and the work may be tightened through the bolt insertion hole of the attachment portion to fix and install the fixed body to the support. it can. In addition, when it is fixed to a moving body such as an automobile or a ship, it can be similarly attached.

Since a separate metal patch is not required, the number of components can be reduced, and the work of attaching to fixed objects such as building walls and moving objects such as vehicles and ships is simplified. It has the effect of being able to. Further, in the invention, when a resin composite layer of the thermoplastic elastomer and the hard resin is formed between the mounting portion and the hard resin layer, the mounting portion and the hard resin layer are further integrated. This has the effect of stabilizing the state of attachment to a fixed body such as a building wall or a moving body such as a vehicle or a ship. Further, in each of the inventions described above, by forming a thermoplastic elastomer thin layer or a hard resin thin layer colored in a different color on a part of the outer surface of the elastically deformable portion, the visual recognition degree can be further improved. Have. When a thin hard resin layer is formed on a part of the outer surface, the strength of the elastically deformable portion can be improved.

The protective guard material shown in FIG. 5 has a configuration in which the vertical walls 5, 5 of the protective guard material in the above-described embodiment do not have the concave portions 5b, 5b. The protection guard material shown in FIG. 6 has a form in which the top 6 of the protection guard material in the above-described embodiment is not arcuate but parallel to the bottom 4, in other words, a cross-section having a square tubular shape.

Incidentally, in the above-described embodiment, the opening for performing the bolt tightening operation may be formed on a part of the side wall surface of the cylindrical body described in the configuration formed on the top of the cylindrical body. Preferably, a cap is provided in the opening, and a light reflecting plate is provided on the cap itself (cap surface). Thereby, safety can be improved. Further, for the installation of the protective guard material, for example, instead of the configuration using the anchor bolts and the nuts, a configuration in which a fixing tool such as a wedge is used to strike the protection guard material may be used. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the embodiment has been described in the form of attachment to a fixed body such as a building wall, but may be configured to be attached to an automobile, a ship, or another moving body. According to this configuration, not only the case of contact between the fixed body and the moving body, but also the reduction of the shock of the moving body or the fixed body when the moving bodies come into contact with each other can be supported.
