Description of the Related Art As a means for binding sheets, such as when binding a plurality of copied sheets and submitting them to a meeting or presentation, stapling is generally used, but this is a double-page spread. There is a disadvantage that the part is difficult to see. Means for bonding the end faces of the sheets to each other with hot melt are also known. However, there is a problem that it is time-consuming to fix with a hot melt since the adhesive must be cooled after heating.
Further, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), punch holes 21 are formed along the edges of the binding paper 20, and the U-shaped pieces 23 of the binding member 22 are passed through the punch holes 21 respectively. A device is also known in which a piece 23 is bent into a ring shape as shown in FIG. According to this binding device, adjacent pages can be opened at 180 degrees, and the entire surface of each page can be viewed.

Because the length is set to correspond to the length of the side, the size of one binding member is large and expensive, and when performing many binding operations at once, the number of binding members increases. In addition to requiring a space, the U-shaped pieces 23 are apt to be entangled with each other, so that there is a disadvantage that the operation is complicated.
For this reason, the operation of sorting a large number of papers 20 into a large number of sets and binding them is troublesome and expensive.

A driver plate for projecting the straight portion of the member toward the leg portion, a curved forming guide groove formed corresponding to the leg portion, and the forming guide groove provided inside near one end of the forming guide groove. A fulcrum member forming a forming fulcrum for engaging the side surface of the leg of the binding member projected toward one end of the binding member to bend and form the leg. The leg portion is passed through a punch hole formed in an edge portion of the binding sheet until the supporting member and the forming guide groove are formed in a ring shape. The distance between the molding guide grooves is made smaller at the distal end side than the original side, so that the distal end portions of the leg portions guided in the molding guide grooves and formed into a ring shape are the original side portions. It is characterized by being made to overlap inside.

As shown in FIG. 3, each forming guide groove 4 is formed in an arc shape, and the forming guide grooves 4 on both sides are not parallel to each other, and the interval between the forming guide grooves 4 is formed such that the leading end side is smaller than the original side. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the principle is that a forming fulcrum 15 is provided near one end of a curved surface guide 14 having a curved cross section, and the forming fulcrum 15 and the curved surface guide 14 are formed as shown in FIG. When the U-shaped wire 16 is vertically pushed down between the ends of the wire, the wire 16 does not bend until the tip of the wire 16 hits the curved surface guide 14. However, when the wire 16 is further pushed down, the tip of the wire 16 is Is bent along the curved surface guide 14, so that it is bent from a position beyond the portion engaged with the forming fulcrum 15, and the portion beyond the forming fulcrum 15 is bent one after another. For this reason, the wire material 16 is formed in a ring shape as shown in FIG. Thus, the straight wire 16 can be formed in a ring shape by the forming fulcrum 15 and the curved surface guide 14.

Are arranged so that the punch holes 2 correspond to each other. Here, when the driver plate 7 is actuated downward along the back surface together with the face plate 6, the face plate 6 is lowered to a predetermined position and stopped, and the both side projections 12 become the forming fulcrum 15. On the other hand, the driver plate 7 hits the straight portion 3a of the leading binding member 3 and pushes it down further toward the leg 3b.
Of the driver plate 7 pass through the space between the tip of the driver plate 7 and the forming guide groove 4, and the tip of the leg 3 b contacts the bottom of the forming guide groove 4 of the forming table 5, as described above. The protrusion 12 (forming fulcrum 15) guides and bends along the curved surface of the forming guide groove 4 (see FIG. 3B). And the forming guide groove 4
When it protrudes from the front end of the sheet, this part is inserted into the punched hole 2 of the binding sheet while being curved, and after penetrating, further approaches the base side of the leg 3b.

The tip 17 is formed in a ring shape,
As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the tip 17 of the leg 3b
Is guided so as to overlap the inside of the original portion 18 of the binding member 3. That is, the leg 3b bends precisely in a spiral shape. In this manner, the binding is performed by the binding member 3 penetrating through the punched hole 2 of the binding paper 1. After the driver plate 7 reaches the bottom dead center, FIG.
As shown in (b), the driver plate 7 moves upward to return to the initial position, and at the same time, the face plate 6 also moves upward to return to the initial position, and the protrusion 12 (forming fulcrum) of the face plate 6 , The binding member 3 can be taken out of the molding table 5. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the binding member 3 after molding, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a state where the binding paper 1 is bound.

The cost per binding member can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional one. Moreover, since a large number of binding members 3 can be bonded and connected, even if there are a large number of binding members, the entire space required for the binding members 3 can be saved, and the legs are not entangled. is there.

構造が非常に複雑になる。In addition, although the structure is simple in that the forming guide groove 4 is not parallel, the tip 17 of the leg 3b of the binding member 3 is formed in a ring shape, but is shifted inward as shown in FIG. And overlaps with the inside of the original portion 18 and deviates from the forming fulcrum due to the above-mentioned displacement. For this reason, both side projections 12 of the face plate 6 constituting the forming fulcrum can move upward without any obstacle. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, the tip 17 of the leg 3b comes into contact with both ends of the straight portion 3a.
In other words, when the ring 17 is formed almost completely in a ring shape, the tip 17 passes through the upper part of the projection 12 serving as a fulcrum, so that the face plate 6 must have a relief groove for the leg 3b. Ring-shaped legs 3b after molding
In order to remove the protrusion, a structure must be adopted in which the protrusion 12 of the face plate 6 is moved sideways.
The structure becomes very complicated.

May be formed in an inclined straight line so as to form an obtuse angle. In this case, the leg 3b of the binding member is punched out into the driver plate, and the portion where the tip of the leg 3b hits the forming guide groove 4 is inclined linearly, so that the tip is positioned with respect to the axis of the leg 3b. It is guided suddenly in the direction of a right angle and moves. For this reason, the leg 3b is connected to the fulcrum member 15
The bent portion 19 hits the forming guide groove 4, and the upper portion is bent in the same manner. In this manner, a polygonal ring can be obtained from the leg 3b according to the inclination angle of the forming guide groove 4 as shown in FIG.

におけるバインド部材の脚部の成形機構。1. A binding member in which legs parallel to a right angle from a straight portion are formed in a U-shape, a driver plate for projecting the straight portion of the binding member toward the leg, and a driver plate formed corresponding to the leg. A curved forming guide groove and a side surface of a leg of a binding member provided inside the vicinity of one end of the forming guide groove and projected toward one end of the forming guide groove to bend the leg. A fulcrum member that forms a forming fulcrum to be formed, and an edge of the bound paper after the bind member is punched out and before its legs are formed in a ring shape by the fulcrum member and the forming guide groove. A binding device characterized in that the leg portion is penetrated through a punch hole formed in a portion, wherein the distance between the forming guide grooves is smaller on the distal end side than on the original side, thereby forming the forming guide. Guided by shaping mechanism of the leg of the bound member of the binding device distal end of the leg portion formed in a ring shape, characterized in that to overlap the inside of the site of the original side.
