(57)【要約】 【課題】 コンピュウータ、ワープロ等の作業にお
いて、目の疲れ、肩凝り、首筋の痛み、腰痛、吐き気等
の症状を緩和させることを課題とする。 【解決手段】 机上にあご、頭を支えるあごかけ部分を
アームで固定し、頭部重量が首、背骨にかかる負荷を軽
減する。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、コンピュウータ、
ワープロ、製図、読書等の作業において使用するあごか
け具に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】近年の事務作業はコンピュータ、ワープ
ロ等の機器を使用することが一般的になり、長時間継続
すると目の疲れ、肩凝り、首筋の痛み、腰痛、吐き気等
の症状が起きるので、作業環境等を改善している。例え
ば、室内の照明の改善や椅子の改善等がなされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】室内の照明を改善する
ことは、目の疲れを緩和することはできるが、肩凝り、
首筋の痛み、腰痛、吐き気等の症状を緩和するにはいた
っていない。そこで発明者は身体上半身が目、神経、指
先等の運動だけで長時間作業することが前期症状の要因
に起因していると考え、頭部全体の重さを一時期軽減す
ることに着目し、作業性に問題ない構造にしたあご、頭
部を支える器具を完成したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記症状を緩和するため
に机上の任意の箇所に本体アームを固定し、アームの長
さが伸縮し、あごをかける部分が柔軟な素材になってい
ることを特徴とする本発明におけるあごかけ具の本体ア
ームの構成部材には、金属、プラスチック等にてできて
いる。あご、さらには頭を支える構造部材には、金属、
プラスチック等等を使用している。
【０００５】また、作業時に首や身体の他の部分の運動
を妨げることがないよう、あごかけ具の本体アーム部分
は、前後左右に回転し机との距離が調節できるようにな
っている。この回転により、不要なときに机の端等に移
動させることもできる。

【発明の実施の形態】図１において、本体１はあごかけ
部分、本体２はアーム部分、本体３は固定部分になって
いる。あごかけ部分１ａは柔軟な素材で形成されてい
る。アーム部分２ｂはアームの上下位置をセットするネ
ジになっている。固定部分３ｃは本体全体を固定するネ
ジになっている。

【発明の効果】本発明のあごかけ具は、コンピュータ、
ワープロ、製図、読書等の作業中、あごを支えたり頭を
支えたりすることにより、首や背骨にかかる頭の重量の
負荷が軽減し、目の疲れ、肩凝り、首筋の痛み、腰痛、
吐き気等の症状を緩和するのに役立つものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】本体のアームが机上に固定されて、アーム
    の長さが伸縮し、あご、頭部をかけることを特徴とする
    あごかけ具。
  2. 【請求項２】前記あごかけ具のあご、頭部の支え部分が
    柔軟な素材にて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項
    １記載のあごかけ具。
  3. 【請求項３】あごかけ具のあご、頭部の支え部分および
    アーム部分が前後左右に回転し、あご、頭部を載せた状
    態で首、身体の運動を妨げないことを特徴とする請求項
    １記載のあごかけ具。また、不要である際に机の端へ移
    動することができる。請求項１記載のあごかけ具。
