The end plate has a first bent portion formed by bending its outer periphery into a cylindrical shape, and this first bent portion fits onto the outer periphery of the end of the body, and the further tip side of this first bent portion is bent toward the outer periphery as a second bent portion, and the cylindrical opening of the cap-shaped member fits onto the outer periphery surface of the first bent portion, and the tip edge of the opening is welded to the second bent portion.
