取り付け、コンクリートスラブを打つ。型枠を外した
後、コンクリートスラブに芯及び高さをセットして床排
水器具をモルタルで固定する。次に防水工事をして防水
押えコンクリートを打ち、最後にタイル職人が壁内法寸
法や排水金具の芯寸法及び高さを測り、それと施工図面
のタイル割及び床勾配とを確認した後に床タイルを貼っ
ている。一般に、建築工事には許容される施工誤差と云
うものがあり、この場合にも、タイル貼りに先立って測
った壁内法寸法や排水金具の芯寸法及び高さは、初めに
書かれた施工図面の寸法にmmまで合っていると云うこ
とは少なく、10mm位の誤差は許容されてきた。この
誤差は、熟練したタイル職人が、タイル目地の幅を変え
ること及び下地モルタルの厚さを変えることによって調
節して、精度良くきれいに仕上げていた。しかし、最近
は熟練したタイル職人が少なくなっているうえ、省力化
や工期短縮のため、数枚のタイルを紙などに工場で貼っ
て現場に持ち込むユニット工法が普及してきていて、目
地幅を工事現場で変えにくくなっていたり、また、大型
タイル、大型のタイル状石材及びこれらに合せた角型の
排水金具を使用することも多く、目地の本数が少なくな
っていて、タイル貼り時点で施工誤差を調節出来ずに施
工され、排水金具がタイル芯と合っていなかったり、タ
イル割が乱れていたりしていて見苦しいものも多く、ま
た、床勾配がきちんと取れていないため排水状態の悪い
ものも多かった。そこで、精度良いきれいな仕上げをす
るために、タイル貼り時点で調整不可能な施工誤差が生
じている場合には、防水押えコンクリートをはつり、防
水材を取り除き、固定モルタルをはつって排水器具を取
り外し、位置を調節して再び排水器具を取り付け、防水
工事をやり直して防水押えコンクリートを打ち、その後
タイル貼りをするいわゆるやり直し工事をしていた。こ
れは、タイル職人以外のはつり工、防水職人、配管職人
などの人手を再び掛ける手戻りになるため、予定外の時
間と費用を掛けることになって問題になることが多かっ
た。また、同じような排水金物であるルーフドレインで
は、工期短縮と省力化のためにコンクリート打込み工法
が一般に行なわれているが、コンクリート打込み工法の

力化と工期短縮が計られる。これらのことから、本発明
は、熟練工が少なくなっている時代に対応し、工期短縮
