A bleaching powder-based slime control agent has been proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-50384). This control agent is 5-chloro-2-
Since methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one is formed into a multimolecular inclusion by a host compound, the skin irritation is reduced and the solubility in water is also reduced, so that it is an excellent slime control agent. The present inventors have also proposed a slime control agent obtained by press-molding an organic iodine antibacterial agent and a solid acid (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-50385).
No.), this slime control agent has also been confirmed to have an excellent slime control effect.

While it is possible to prevent slime as a whole, a drug containing a non-chlorine oxidizing agent as an active ingredient, in particular, the above-mentioned 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-
The excellent slime control effect of a slime control agent obtained by press-molding a slime control agent or an organic iodine-based antibacterial agent in which a 3-one is a multimolecular clathrate with a host compound is limited to the peripheral portion where the drug is installed. In particular, it was found that the effect on the portion above the position where the drug was installed was weak. Therefore, these slime control agents can be attached to the upper part of the trash removal basket, and various types of slime removal tools for trash removal baskets that can spread the solution of the slime control agent on the trash removal basket wall surface, After examining and confirming the slime control effect, the present invention was completed.

In FIGS. 20 and 21, a plurality of small spherical slime control agents 7 are sandwiched between a sponge 9 and a band 6 made of a non-permeable transparent plastic 19 having a restoring force against bending. A slimming tool 18 of the present invention of a type in which the strip 6 can be pressure-bonded to the upper portion of the inner wall surface of the trash can by the restoring force of the plastic 19 itself is shown. FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view of the slimming tool 18 and FIG. 21 is a partial top view of the slimming tool 18. As can be seen from FIG. 21, in this type of slimming tool 18, the sponge water-permeable top cover 21 made of non-water-permeable plastic having a cutout 20 on the sponge water-permeable top surface at the time of installation is made of the plastic 19. And the amount of drainage flowing into the slimming tool 18 is adjusted.

However, since the flange part plays the role of a scissors and a large amount of wastewater does not come in contact with the slime-removing device, the wastewater does not dilute the slime-controlling agent and removes the effective concentration of the slime-controlling solution. Although it can be made to flow down along the wall surface of the basket, this type of slimming tool 18 which is pressure-bonded to the upper part of the inner wall surface of the garbage basket has a large amount of drainage if the cover 21 is not provided. When it flows in from the mouth, a large amount of wastewater comes into contact with the medicine held by the slimming device, and a solution of the medicine having an effective concentration or more flows out, which is not preferable because the medicine is wasted. Further, instead of providing the cover portion 21, a sponge having low water permeability may be used, or a non-water-permeable agent may be applied to the upper surface of the sponge.

Moreover, since the active ingredient elutes at an appropriate dissolution rate, it is installed at places where slime occurs due to metabolites such as germs and molds, such as garbage baskets in kitchen sinks, to remove slime and generate slime. Can be prevented for a long period of time. In addition, when a chlorine-based oxidizing agent is used as a slime control agent, slime can be effectively controlled with a small amount of chemicals compared to the conventional hanging type, and the amount of chemicals flowing out into the wastewater is very small. Is less affected.
