SOLUTION: A box 4 having a window is installed on a front panel 3 of the case K covering the circumference of the chemical measuring and injecting machine main body, and the touch panel 5 for controlling the computer is mounted, valves and instruments are displayed with images. A opening/closing state of the valve can be displayed in the state with an image expressing the valve, e.g. color. The valve can be remotely controlled by pushing the image with the tip of a finger. 示するようにでき、象形を軽く指先で押すと弁の遠隔操
作が可能となる。同一画面上には現在の薬品注入量も表
示される。更に流量制御弁の開度と、最大能力に対する
現在の注入量の%表示、等も同時表示される。この様に
同一画面上に多数の必要な情報が同時表示されるため、
全体の運転常況の認識がし易くその結果誤操作を避けら
れることができる。尚図中40はコントロールバルブ端
子箱、41は受皿、42はチャンネルベース、43はブ
レードホース、44はネームプレートである。又、タッ
チパネル画面はワンタッチで状態の切り替えができ、現
場運転・遠隔運転・手動運転・警報表示画面・注入量グ
ラフを個別に表示できるため、従来同一機器ではできな
かった過去の注入量のグラフを表示すると共にプリンタ
ーを接続すればハードコピーも可能である。
