Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】本発明は扉外に取り付けられ横方向調整が容易
なアウトセットヒンジの提供を目的とする。 【構成】本発明のアウトセットヒンジは横方向調整可能
に軸支部が支持されるため横方向調整が容易であると共
に扉外に取り付けられるため調整作業が非常に容易にな
っている。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は扉外に取り付けられ
横方向調整が容易なアウトセットヒンジに関するもので
ある。

【従来の技術】従来において扉外に取り付けられ横方向
調整が容易なアウトセットヒンジはなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は以上の従来の
課題を解決し扉外に取り付けられ横方向調整が容易なア
ウトセットヒンジの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は以上の目的達成
のために横方向調整可能に軸支部を支持し扉外に取り付
けられたヒンジ基体の１対と、該軸支部相互を回転可能
に結合する軸とからなるアウトセットヒンジを提案する
ものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明のアウトセットヒンジ
を図面に示す実施例に従い説明する。図１は本発明のア
ウトセットヒンジを示し、該アウトセットヒンジは横方
向調整可能に軸支部（３）を支持し扉（１）外に取り付
けられたヒンジ基体（２）の１対を有する。一方のヒン
ジ基体（２）は扉（１）に取り付けられ他方のヒンジ基
体（２）は扉枠側（図示せず）に取り付けられる。軸支
部（３）を横方向調整可能にする方法として図示の方法
はねじ（６）をヒンジ基体（２）の孔（２ｂ）に支持さ
せ軸支部（３）のねじ孔（３ｂ）にねじ結合させてい
る。同時にヒンジ基体（２）は荷重的には結合部（２
ａ）において横方向スライド可能に軸支部（３）の結合
部（３ａ）を支持している。軸支部（３）相互を回転可
能に結合する軸（５）は軸支部（３）の軸孔（３ｃ）に
嵌合されている。軸（５）にベアリング材（４）が装着
されて軸方向の荷重による摩擦、きしみ等の防止が図ら
れている。１対のヒンジ基体（２）が結合部（２ａ）に
おいて横方向スライド可能に軸支部（３）を支持してい
るため１対のヒンジ基体（２）が図示の様に直角（空間
的に直角）に配置された場合は横方向のいずれの方向の
調整も可能になっている。以上の調整はヒンジ基体
（２）が扉（１）外に取り付けられているため調整作業
は非常に容易になっている。

【発明の効果】本発明のアウトセットヒンジの効果を次
に列記する。 （１）本発明のアウトセットヒンジは横方向調整可能に
軸支部が支持されるため横方向調整が容易である。 （２）本発明のアウトセットヒンジは扉外に取り付けら
れるため調整作業が非常に容易になっている。
