リル系繊維では、一般的にポリエーテル系油剤等が用い
られており、アクリル系繊維の湿式紡糸に際しては、乾
燥工程で一本一本の繊維が融着し易く、分繊性が劣ると
いう難点があった(この場合、分繊性が良いというのは
1本、1本の繊維が融着せず分離している状態をい
う)。分繊性が悪いと櫛の通りが悪かったり、櫛を通し
た時毛切れの原因になるので、分繊性は人工毛髪用繊維
の最重要な品質項目の一つである。

し、且つアクリル系人工毛髪用繊維の欠点であった分繊
性をも改善し、人工毛髪用繊維として理想的なアクリル
系人工毛髪用繊維の開発に成功し、本発明に到達した。

得た。上記方法で得られた繊維に、表1に示す種類及び
量(固形分)のポリアミンポリアミド系柔軟剤(A)を
主成分とする油剤固形分100重量%に対し、シリコー
ン系油剤(B)を表1の通り混合乳化分散し、浸漬法で
繊維重量に対し、固形分で表1に示す量を付与した。次
いで125℃の乾燥機で乾燥、緻密化の後、延伸及び熱
処理を行い、単糸繊度50デニール、総繊度2500デ
ニールの繊維を得た。また、ポリアミンポリアミド系柔
軟剤(A)及びシリコーン系油剤(B)の混合組成比が
本発明の範囲外のものを比較例1〜2、油剤付着量が本
発明の範囲外のものを比較例3〜4とした。これらの評
価結果を表2に示す。

示す量を付与した。次いで125℃の乾燥機で乾燥、緻
密化の後、延伸及び熱処理を行い、単糸繊度20デニー
ル、総繊度720デニールの繊維を得た。この評価結果
を表2に示す。
