Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a lower mold having a concave portion for setting a slab material at a predetermined position has been used as a mold for molding a foamed product obtained by integrally molding a slab material used as a cushion material of an automobile seat. There is widely known an upper mold that can be freely moved into and out of the upper mold.

Therefore, this type of conventional molding die has the following problems. was there. (1) When the slab material is shorter than a predetermined size (see FIG. 4) A gap is formed between the recess 21 of the lower mold 20 and the wood end 23 of the slab material 22 set in the recess 21. The wood end 23 of the slab material 22 is hardened due to the penetration of the foaming undiluted solution, and the riding comfort is impaired and the quality as a cushion material for a seat is inferior. (2) When the slab material is longer than a predetermined size (see FIG. 5) The slab material 22 set in the recess 21 of the lower mold 20 is pressed against the side wall surface 24 of the recess 21 and the slab material 2 is pressed.
The central portion of 2 is raised, and if foamed in this state, the raised portion will sink and impair riding comfort, resulting in poor quality as a seat cushion material.

The drawings show a case in which a cushion material for an automobile seat is formed. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a lower mold, 2 denotes an upper mold that can be freely attached to and detached from the lower mold 1, and the lower mold 1 has a seating surface. A recess 3 for setting the slab material 10 is provided at a predetermined position, which is basically the same as this type of conventional slab material integrated molding die. In addition,
Reference numeral 11 denotes a urethane liquid impregnating prevention film laminated on the cavity surface side of the slab material 10.

Is a tapered surface that gradually narrows toward the opening. That is, by making the side wall surface 4 of the concave portion 3 reversely tapered in this manner, when the slab material 10 is set, even when the slab material is shorter than a predetermined size, the slab material 10 has the reverse tapered shape and is dimensional. Side wall surface 4 narrowing to
The upper end of the slab 10 is kept in close contact with the upper end of the slab 10 to prevent the urethane liquid from impregnating the wood ends of the slab 10 without forming a gap between the slab 10 and the side wall 4 as in the prior art. I do. On the other hand, even when the slab material is longer than the predetermined size, the upper end of the side wall surface 4 having the reverse taper shape is
By pressing and deforming the surplus portion at the upper end of the slab material obliquely downward, the occurrence of the sink phenomenon is prevented without forming a raised portion at the center of the slab material 10 as in the related art.

After the mold is clamped, a urethane liquid is injected into the cavity according to a conventional method, and then subjected to a heating and foaming treatment at a predetermined temperature, so that the slab material 10 is placed on the seat surface as shown in FIG. Is basically the same as the conventional method in that the cushion body 12 made of urethane foam is integrally formed. In the present invention, since the side wall surface 4 of the concave portion 3 for slab material setting provided in the lower mold 1 is a tapered surface that gradually narrows toward the opening, the slab material 10 has a dimensional variation and is temporarily shorter than a predetermined size. Also in this case, since the upper end of the side wall surface 4 having the reverse tapered shape is kept in close contact with the upper end of the slab material 10, a gap is not formed between the side wall surface 4 and the conventional case. Thus, impregnation of the wood end of the slab material 10 with the urethane liquid is reliably prevented. On the other hand, even when the slab material is longer than a predetermined size, the upper end of the side wall surface 4 having the reverse taper shape presses and deforms a surplus portion of the upper end of the slab material 10 obliquely downward, thereby reducing the conventional slab material. Slab material 1
The occurrence of the sink phenomenon can be prevented without forming a raised portion at the center of the zero. As a result, the slab material 10
There is no hardening at the wood end and no thinning phenomenon at the center, so that a high quality product excellent in cushioning property, appearance and the like can be obtained. Thus, the molding efficiency can be greatly improved without becoming a defective product.

The present invention is capable of efficiently and stably forming a slab material-integrated foamed product which is suitable for a high-quality sheet material having excellent cushioning properties. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to industrial development as a mold for integrally molding a slab material which has solved the conventional problems.
