【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 既設エレベーターの撤去新設を既設乗場
側を新設する第1期作業と、かごを新設する第2期作業
に分け、第1期作業終了時から第2期作業着工までの期
間はエレベーターの平常運転を可能にするエレベーター
の改造作業工法に於いて、第1期作業後は、既設かご側
の係合位置に合わせた工事中用係合子を新設乗場側に取
付け、新設乗場側ハンガーケースに設けた乗場戸施錠装
置を前記工事中用係合子に連結材により連動させ、乗場
戸の施錠、解錠を行い、第2期作業以降は前記工事中用
係合子と前記工事中用乗場戸施錠装置一式を新設かご側
係合位置に合わせた新設乗場戸施錠装置に交換すること
を特徴とするエレベーターの改造作業工法。
