- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 100〜250℃の反応温度で、 a)脂肪族又は環状脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(イソシアネートa)と b)3級アルコール又は水と3級アルコールとの混合物(ビウレット化剤b) とを反応させることにより1個以上のビウレット基を含有するポリイソシアネー トを製造する方法において、この反応を、 c)安定剤(c)の存在下に実施し、この安定剤は、触媒作用量の尿素、アンモ ニア、ビウレット、式I: [式中、R1、R2、R3及びR4は、水素、C1〜C10−アルキル又はC5〜C10− アリールを表す]の尿素誘導体又は式II: [式中、R5はC1〜C12−アルキル基を表し、ここで、水素原子の1、2又は3 個は、場合により基: により置換されている]のカルボン酸アミドであることを特徴とする、ビウレッ ト基含有ポリイソシアネートの製法。 2.イソシアネート(a)として、C4〜C20−ジ−又はトリ−イソシアネー トを使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.イソシアネート(a)として、ヘキサメチレン−1,6−ジイソシアネー トを使用する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.ビウレット化剤(b)として、3級アルコール又は3級アルコールと水と からの、混合成分の合計に対して80モル%までの水を含有する混合物を使用す る、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.3級アルコールとして、t−ブタノールを使用する、請求項1から4のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.イソシアネート(a)中のイソシアネート基に対して0.5〜20モル% のビウレット化剤(b)を使用する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 7.イソシアネート(a)中のイソシアネート基に対して0.01〜2.0モ ル%の安定剤(c)を使用する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.反応を140〜220℃の反応温度で実施する、請求項1から7のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 9.ビウレット基含有ポリイソシアネートの製造に引き続き、反応しなかった イソシアネート(a)を、ビウレット基含有ポリイソシアネートから、ビウレッ ト基含有ポリイソシアネートに対して0.5重量%より少ない含分になるまで分 離除去する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
