- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性発泡組成物の作成における使用のための組成物であって、以下を包含す る: 以下の式(I)を有する長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物: ここで、Rは、8個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;R1は、 1個〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、ベンジル基、および窒素と一緒にな る場合、ヘテロ環基を表す基からなる群より選択され;R2およびR3は、それぞれ 1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;そしてX-は、ハロゲン化物、 スルホネート、およびスルフェートからなる群から選択される;および 以下の式(II)を有する長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物: R'-X2 -Y+ (II) ここで、R'は、10個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;X2 -は 、カルボキシレート、スルフェート、スルホネート、およびホスフェートからな る群より選択されるアニオン性基であり;そしてY+はアンモニウム塩、ナトリウ ム塩、およびカリウム塩からなる群より選択されるカチオン性対イオンである; そして ここで、該長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物から形成されるカチオンおよび該長鎖 有機アニオン形成化合物から形成されるアニオンは、0.05:1〜15:1の重量比で存 在する。 2.前記長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物が、10個〜22個の炭素原子を有する前記ア ルキル基を有する、長鎖アルキルトリメチルアンモニウムカチオンの塩である、 請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.前記長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物が、ドデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロ ミド(またはクロリド)、テトラデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(また はクロリド)、ヘキサデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(またはクロリド )、オクタデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(またはクロリド)、セチル トリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(またはクロリド)、セチルベンジルジメチル アンモニウムクロリド、セチルトリエチルアンモニウムブロミド;およびそれら の混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。 4.前記長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物が、主として10個〜24個の炭素原子を含む 脂肪酸の塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.前記長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物が、ステアリン酸アンモニウム、ステアリ ン酸カリウム、およびステアリン酸ナトリウムからなる群より選択される、請求 項4に記載の組成物。 6.前記重量比が0.2:1〜5:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.前記重量比が0.4:1〜2.5:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.請求項1に記載の組成物であって、-85℃〜+80℃のガラス転移点を有する 水分散性ポリマー種、-85℃〜+80℃のガラス転移点を有する水溶性ポリマー種、 発泡剤、サイジング剤、顔料、染料、および増粘剤からなる群より選択される添 加剤をさらに含有する、組成物。 9.クレーおよび炭酸カルシウムからなる群より選択される充填剤をさらに含有 する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 10.請求項1に記載の組成物であって、セメント、コンクリート、セッコウ、 砂、ポリマー性セメントバインダー、繊維、鉱滓綿、スクリムセメント促進剤お よびセメント抑制剤、不活性充填剤、凝集剤、クレー、顔料、染料、可塑剤、超 可塑剤、ならびに凍結防止添加剤からなる群より選択される物質をさらに含有す る、組成物。 11.以下の工程を包含する、水性発泡体の調製プロセス: (a) 水および以下の一方を含有する第1の液体を撹拌することにより予備形成 された発泡体を生成する工程 (I) 以下の式(I)を有する長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物: ここで、Rは、8個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;R1は、 1個〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、1個〜16個の炭素原子を有するヒド ロキシアルキル基、ベンジル基、窒素と一緒になる場合、ヘテロ環基を表す基、 および水素原子がフッ素原子で置換された、任意の該基からなる群より選択され ;R2およびR3は、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、1個〜6個の炭素 原子を有するヒドロキシアルキル基、ベンジル基、水素原子、窒素と一緒になる 場合、ヘテロ環基を表す基、および水素原子がフッ素原子で置換された、任意の 該基からなる群よりそれぞれ選択され;そしてX-は、ハロゲン化物、スルホネー ト、およびスルフェートからなる群より選択される;および (II) 以下の式(II)を有する長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物: R'-X2 -Y+ (II) ここで、R'は、10個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である;X2 -は 、カルボキシレート、スルフェート、スルホネート、およびホスフェートからな る群より選択されるアニオン性基であり;そしてY+は、アンモニウム塩、ナトリ ウム塩、およびカリウム塩からなる群より選択されるカチオン性対イオンである ; (b) 該長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物から形成された該カチオンおよび該長鎖有 機アニオン形成化合物から形成された該アニオンが、0.05:1〜15:1の重量比で存 在するように、該長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物および該長鎖有機アニオン形成化 合物のもう一方を含有する第2の液体を該予備形成された(performed)発泡体 に添加する工程;および (c) 該予備形成された発泡体および該第2の液体を撹拌し、該予備形成された 発泡体および該第2の液体から単一の発泡体を生成する工程。 12.請求項11に記載のプロセスであって、セメント、コンクリート、セッコ ウ、砂、ポリマー性セメントバインダー、繊維、鉱滓綿、スクリム、セメント促 進剤およびセメント抑制剤、不活性充填剤、凝集剤、クレー、顔料、染料、可塑 剤、超可塑剤、および凍結防止添加剤からなる群より選択される物質を含むスラ リーの該単一の発泡体中に分散する工程をさらに包含する、プロセス。 13.前記長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物から形成される前記カチオンおよび前記 長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物から形成される前記アニオンが、0.2:1〜5:1の重量 比で存在する、請求項11に記載のプロセス。 14.以下の工程を包含する発泡体を調製するプロセス: (a) 水中で、以下の式(I)を有する長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物: ここで、Rは、8個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;R1は、 1個〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、ベンジル基、および窒素と一緒にな る場合、ヘテロ環基を表す基からなる群より選択され;R2およびR3は、それぞれ 1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;そしてX-は、ハロゲン化物、 スルホネート、およびスルフェートからなる群より選択される;および 以下の式(II)を有する長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物: R'-X2 -Y+ (II) ここで、R'は、10個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;X2 -は 、カルボキシレート、スルフェート、スルホネート、およびホスフェートからな る群より選択されるアニオン性基であり;そしてY+は、アンモニウム塩、ナトリ ウム塩、およびカリウム塩からなる群より選択されるカチオン性対イオンである ; の液体混合物を、該長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物から形成された該カチオンお よび該長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物から形成された該アニオンが、該液体混合物 中に、0.05:1〜15:1の重量比で存在するように、形成する工程; (b) 該液体混合物に発泡体生成剤を添加する工程;および (c) 該混合物を撹拌する工程。 15.前記長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物から形成される前記カチオンおよび前記 長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物から形成される前記アニオンが、0.2:1〜5:1の重 量比で存在する、請求項14に記載のプロセス。 16.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成されるコーティング。 17.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成されるインク。 18.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される接着剤。 19.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成される、セメント質の物体であって、 ここで該セメント質の物体は、ブロック、パネル、ボード、ルーフデッキ、およ び床材からなる群より選択される。 20.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成されるセッコウ物体であって、ここで 該セッコウ物体は、ボード、パネル、ルーフデッキ、および床剤からなる群より 選択される。 21.請求項1に記載の組成物から形成される、バリア材料であって、ここで該 バリア材料は、埋め立てゴミカバー、臭いバリア、およびちりカバーからなる群 より選択される。 22.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される、紙処理製品。 23.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される、織物処理製品。 24.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される、木処理製品。 25.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成される、セラミック製品。 26.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成される、消火用発泡体。 27.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成される、耐火用発泡体。 28.請求項10に記載の組成物から形成される、空隙充填物であって、ここで 該空隙充填剤は、土地充填物、土壌安定剤、油井充填物、およびトンネル充填物 からなる群より選択される。 29.以下を包含する、発泡体組成物: (a) 水; (b) 以下の式(I)を有するカチオン形成化合物から形成される、長鎖有機カチ オン: ここで、Rは、8個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;R1は、 1個〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、ベンジル基、および窒素と一緒にな る場合、ヘテロ環基を表す基からなる群より選択され;R2およびR3は、それぞれ 1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;そしてX-は、ハロゲン化物、 スルホネート、およびスルフェートからなる群より選択される;および (c) 以下の式(II)を有するアニオン形成化合物から形成される長鎖有機アニオ ン: R'-X2 -Y+ (II) ここで、R'は、10個〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり;X2 -は 、カルボキシレート、スルフェート、スルホネート、およびホスフェートからな る群より選択されるアニオン性基であり;そしてY+は、アンモニウム塩、ナトリ ウム塩、およびカリウム塩からなる群より選択されるカチオン性対イオンである ; ここで、該長鎖有機カチオンおよび該長鎖有機アニオンは、0.05:1〜15:1の重 量比で存在する。 30.さらに発泡体生成剤を含む、請求項29に記載の発泡体組成物。 31.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される発泡体を包含する、前成形(pre- cast)、またはその場で成形する(cast-in-place)セメント質物体であって、 ここで該セメント質物体は、舗装用ブロックまたは建築用ブロック、パネル、ボ ード、ルーフデッキ、床材、ならびに道路および走路のための土地カバーからな る群より選択される。 32.請求項8に記載の組成物から形成される発泡体を含む、セッコウ物体であ って、ここで該セッコウ物体は、ボード、パネル、ルーフデッキ、および床材か らなる群より選択される。 33.前記長鎖有機カチオン形成化合物および前記長鎖有機アニオン形成化合物 の少なくとも1つが予備形成された発泡体である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
