Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱処理の間に直線状のコイルばねを曲げ加工する工程を備え、上記直線状の コイルばねから湾曲したコイルばねを製造する方法において、 上記曲げ加工工程では、仕上げ工程を実行する前に上記ばねに欠陥予防のため に、ほぼらせんの一巻きの一部分の形態を上記ばねに付与することによって上記 ばねを湾曲した状態に保つことを特徴とする製造方法。 2.上記曲げ加工の工程の間に行われる熱処理は、焼戻し工程に対応しているこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 3.上記ばねを湾曲した状態に保つことは、少なくとも上記ばねの端部の巻線部 分を固定することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の 製造方法。 4.上記焼戻しの温度は、約350°C〜450°Cであることを特徴とする請 求項2または3に記載の製造方法。 5.形態を保った状態での上記焼戻しの期間は、80分から120分であること を特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 6.上記曲げ加工工程に先立って、上記直線状のばねの端部の巻線部分の研削工 程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 7.上記曲げ加工工程に先立って、上記直線状のばねの第1の加熱工程を行うこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 8.上記第1の加熱工程は、約180°C〜220°Cの温度で20分〜40分 に亘って行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。 9.上記曲げ加工工程の後に、プレストレスショットブラスト工程、加熱工程、 端部の巻線部分の固定工程、および較正トルクの制御工程を順次行うことを特徴 とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 10.さらに腐食防止の被覆工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造 方法。 11.請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法によって製造された湾 曲コイルばね。 12.請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法を実施するための装置 において、 少なくとも上記ばねの端部の巻線部分を固定するための固定手段を備えており 、 ほぼらせんの一巻きの一部分の形態を上記ばねに付与するために、上記固定手 段によって上記巻線部分のずれた状態の固定を可能にすることを特徴とする装置 。 13.上記装置(D1)は円筒環状の箱の形態を有し、各ばね(R1)は装置の 中に導入されてほぼその長さ方向に沿って湾曲した状態に保たれ、少なくとも端 部の巻線部分のずれを確保するための手段(4)が設けられていることを特徴と する請求項12に記載の装置。 14.上記ばね(R2;R3)の端部の巻線部分のための係止手段(5a,5b ,6a,6b,10a,10b,11a,11b;8a,8b,9)が設けられ たサポート(D2,D3)の形態を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の 装置。 15.直線でないピン部材(D4)の形態を有し、該ピン部材の端部は上記ばね (R4)の端部の巻線部分に導入されるように構成されていることを特徴とする 請求項12に記載の装置。 16.一方の端部が上記ばねの端部の巻線部分に導入されるように構成され且つ 他方の自由端部が係止機構(14)によって連結可能に構成された2つの部分( 12、13)を有するピン部材(D5)の形態を有することを特徴とする請求項 12に記載の装置。 17.上記装置は、金属製で且つ熱処理されていることを特徴とする請求項12 乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
