Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の面と; 該第1の面に対向し、かつプリズム要素の配列を有する構造化面であって、し かも各プリズム要素は、ピーク位置で交わる対向する面を有し、該配列は、少な くとも、 基準面から第1の距離を隔てて配設されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の 少なくとも一部分を含む第1のゾーンと、 該第1のゾーンに隣接し、かつ該基準面から該第1の距離よりも短い第2の距離 を隔てて配設されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の少なくとも一部分を含 む第2のゾーンと、 を備えたプリズムゾーンの繰り返しパターンを有する該構造化面と; を含んでなる光指向性フィルム。 2.前記第1の距離が1ミクロン〜175ミクロンである請求項1に記載の光指向性 フィルム。 3.前記第2の距離が0.5ミクロン〜174.5ミクロンである請求項1に記載の光指 向性フィルム。 4.前記第2の距離が前記第1の距離よりも少なくとも約0.5ミクロン短い請求 項1に記載の光指向性フィルム。 5.前記第2の距離が前記第1の距離よりも光の波長の少なくとも約1.0倍短い 請求項1に記載の光指向性フィルム。 6.前記第2の距離が前記第1の距離よりも光の波長の少なくとも約2.0倍短い 請求項1に記載の光指向性フィルム。 7.前記第2の距離が前記第1の距離の約33%〜95%である請求項1に記載の光 指向性フィルム。 8.前記第1のゾーンが幅約300ミクロン未満である請求項1に記 載の光指向性フィルム。 9.前記第2のゾーンが輻200〜4000ミクロンである請求項1に記載の光指向性 フィルム。 10.光結合が主に前記第1のゾーンで生じる請求項1に記載の光指向性フィル ム。 11.前記第2のゾーンが、前記基準面上の異なる高さに配設されたピークを 有する複数のプリズムを備える請求項1に記載の光指向性フィルム。 12.第1の面と該平面に対向する構造化面とを有する第1の光指向性フィルム シートであって、しかも該構造化面は第1の主軸に沿って配向したプリズム要素 の線形配列を有し、該配列は、少なくとも、基準面から第1の距離を隔てて配設 されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の少なくとも一部分を含む第1のゾーン と、該第1のゾーンに隣接し、かつ該基準面から該第1の距離よりも短い第2の距 離を隔てて配設されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の少なくとも一部分を 含む第2のゾーンと、を備えたプリズムゾーンの繰り返しパターンを有する該第1 の光指向性フィルムシートと、 該第1の光指向性フィルムシートに近接して配設された第1の面を備え、かつ第 2の主軸に沿って配向したプリズム要素の線形配列を有する、該第1の面に対向す る構造化面を備えた第2の光指向性フィルムシートと、 を含み、しかも、 該第1の主軸が所定の角度範囲内で該第2の主軸と交差してなる光指向性製品。 13.光源と; 視野スクリーンと; 該光源から該視野スクリーンへ光を導くための光伝送手段であっ て、しかも該光伝送手段は少なくとも第1の光指向性フィルムシートを備え、該 フィルムは第1の面と、該第1の面に対向し、かつプリズム要素の配列を有する構 造化面とを備え、各プリズム要素は、ピーク位置で交わる対向する面を有し、該 配列は、少なくとも、 基準面から第1の距離を隔てて配設されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の 少なくとも一部分を含む第1のゾーンと、 該第1のゾーンに隣接し、かつ該基準面から該第1の距離よりも短い第2の距離 を隔てて配設されたピークを有する第1のプリズム要素の少なくとも一部分を含 む第2のゾーンと、 を備えたプリズムゾーンの繰り返しパターンを有する該光伝送手段と; を含んでなる光学ディスプレイ。
