Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.C8モノカルボン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩と、ネオデカ ン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩との混合物を含む、腐食防止剤 組成物。 2.前記C8モノカルボン酸の混合物が、2-エチルヘキサン酸、または異性体、お よび/またはそれらの塩、ならびにネオオクタン酸、または異性体、および/また はそれらの塩である、請求項1に記載の腐食防止剤組成物。 3.C8モノカルボン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩、ならびにネ オデカン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩を含む、腐食防止剤組成 物。 4.前記C8モノカルボン酸が、2-エチルヘキサン酸、または異性体、および/ま たはそれらの塩か、あるいはネオオクタン酸、または異性体、および/またはそ れらの塩のいずれかである、請求項3に記載の腐食防止剤組成物。 5.モノカルボン酸成分がナトリウム塩またはカリウム塩の形態である、請求項 1〜4のいずれかに記載の腐食防止剤組成物。 6.トリアゾール、チアゾール、ジカルボン酸、リン酸、ホウ酸、ケイ酸、安息 香酸、硝酸、亜硝酸、モリブデン酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩を含む基か らなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのさらなる腐食防止剤をさらに含む、請 求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の腐食防止剤組成物。 7.芳香族トリアゾールまたはチアゾールを含む、請求項6に記載の腐食防止剤 組成物。 8.ベンゾトリアゾール、メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、またはトリルトリアゾ ールを含む、請求項7に記載の腐食防止剤組成物。 9.請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の腐食防止剤、および水溶性液体アルコール 凝固点降下剤を含む、不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 10.前記腐食防止剤が、前記濃縮物中の総モノカルボン酸濃度が約0.001重量 %〜約5.0重量%であるような量で存在する、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮 物。 11.前記腐食防止剤が、前記濃縮物中の総モノカルボン酸濃度が約2.0重量% 〜約5.0重量%であるような量で存在する、請求項10に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮 物。 12.前記腐食防止剤が、C8モノカルボン酸成分、または異性体、および/また はそれらの塩と、ネオデカン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩とを 、約100:1〜約1:1の重量比で含む、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 13.前記腐食防止剤が、C8モノカルボン酸成分、または異性体、および/また はそれらの塩と、ネオデカン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩とを 、約3:1の重量比で含む、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 14.前記腐食防止剤が、約2.4重量%〜約3.3重量%のC8モノカルボン酸成分、 または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩、ならびに約0.8重量%〜約1.1重量% のネオデカン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれらの塩を含む、請求項9に 記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 15.前記腐食防止剤が、約3.1重量%のC8モノカルボン酸成分、または異性体 、および/またはそれらの塩、ならびに約1.0重量%のネオデカン酸、または異性 体、および/またはそれらの塩を含む、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 16.前記水溶性液体アルコール凝固点降下剤が、メタノール、エタノール、プ ロパノール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコ ール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、 グリセロール、グリセロールのモノエチルエーテル(monoethylether)、グリセロ ールのジメチルエーテル(dimethylether)、アルコキシアルカノール、およびそ れらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 17.アルカリ金属水酸化物を、処方物のpHを約6〜約10の間に調整するのに十 分な量でさらに含む、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 18.水を、処方物中の水の量が約10重量%〜約90重量%であるのに十分な量で さらに含む、請求項9に記載の不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 19.a)約90重量%〜約98重量%の液体アルコール凝固点降下剤; b)約2.0重量%〜約5.0重量%の、2-エチルヘキサン酸、または異性体、 および/またはそれらの塩と、ネオデカン酸、または異性体、および/またはそれ らの塩との混合物; c)約0.5重量%までのトリルトリアゾール;ならびに d)濃縮物のpHを約6.9〜約9.6の間に調整するのに十分な量の、アルカリ 金属水酸化物、 を含む、不凍冷却剤濃縮物。 20.内燃機関において金属成分の腐食を防止する方法であって、保護されるべ き金属を、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の腐食防止剤と接触させる工程を含む 、方法。
