Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.変調周波数信号を発生するための信号源と、 速度制御すべき装置に作動的に接続された可動部材を有するエンコーダであ って、前記変調周波数信号を、前記可動部材の位置の関数として変化される位相 を有する位相可変信号へと変換する変換手段を含むエンコーダと、 前記変調周波数信号を前記エンコーダに供給する供給手段と、 前記変調周波数信号源に結合され可変基準周波数信号を発生する基準周波数 信号発生手段と、 前記変調周波数信号と前記基準周波数信号とを比較してエラー信号を発生す る比較手段と、 前記エラー信号に存在する歪みを除去するための複数のニューラルネットワ ークをを含むフィルタ手段と、 を備えることを特徴とする速度制御システム。 2.前記フィルタ手段は、前記エラー信号から粘性歪みを除去するためのニュー ラルネットワークをさらに含む請求項1記載の速度制御システム。 3.前記フィルタ手段は、高域フィルタまたは帯域フィルタをさらに含む請求項 1記載の速度制御システム。 4.前記変調周波数信号と前記可変基準周波数信号とは異なる請求項1記載の速 度制御システム。 5.変調周波数信号を発生するための信号源と、 速度制御すべき装置に作動的に接続された可動部材を有するエンコーダであ って、前記変調周波数信号を、前記可動部材の位置の関数として変化される位相 を有する位相可変信号へと変換する変換手段を含むエンコーダと、 前記変調周波数信号を前記エンコーダに供給する供給手段と、 前記変調周波数信号源に結合され、前記変調周波数信号とは周波数または位 相において異なりうる可変基準周波数信号を発生する基準周波数信号発生手段と 、 前記変調周波数信号と前記基準周波数信号とを比較して、前記変調周波数信 号と前記基準周波数信号との間の位相差の関数としてエラー信号を発生する比較 手段と、 前記エラー信号の搬送周波数での歪みを除去するように作動する第1のフィ ルタと、 前記エラー信号の第三調波およびそれより高い調波での歪みを除去するよう に作動する第2のフィルタと、 前記エンコーダによって生じた歪みを除去するように作動する第3のフィル タと、 前記エラー信号の粘性歪みを除去するように作動する第4のフィルタと、 を備えることを特徴とする速度制御システム。 6.前記第1のフィルタは、高域フィルタおよびニューラルネットワークをさら に含む請求項5記載の速度制御システム。 7.前記第2のフィルタは、高域フィルタおよびニューラルネットワークをさら に含む請求項5記載の速度制御システム。 8.前記第3のフィルタは、帯域フィルタおよびニューラルネットワークをさら に含む請求項5記載の速度制御システム。 9.前記第4のフィルタは、少なくとも1つの高域フィルタおよび少なくとも1 つのニューラルネットワークをさらに含む請求項5記載の速度制御システム。 10.前記第3のフィルタは、縦続接続されうる請求項8記載の速度制御システム 。 11.変調周波数信号を発生するための変調信号源と、 シャフトを有し前記変調信号源に結合されるモータと、 該モータに結合され、前記モータのシャフトの位置の関数として変化される 位相を有する位相可変信号を発生するエンコーダと、 前記変調信号源に結合され、前記変調周波数信号とは周波数または位相にお いて異なりうる可変基準周波数信号を発生するように作動する基準信号発生器と 、 前記変調信号源および前記基準信号発生器に結合され、前記変調信号と前記 基準信号との差に基づくエラー信号を発生する比較器と、 該比較器に結合され、前記エラー信号に存在する歪みを除去するための複数 のニューラルネットワークを含むフィルタと、 を備えることを特徴とする速度制御システム。 12.前記フィルタは、少なくとも1つの高域フィルタおよび少なくとも1つの帯 域フィルタを含む請求項11記載の速度制御システム。 13.変調周波数信号を発生する変調信号源と、 シャフトを有し前記変調信号源に結合されるブラシレスモータと、 該モータに結合され、前記モータのシャフトの位置の関数として変化される 位相を有する位相可変信号を発生する磁気抵抗エンコーダと、 前記変調信号源に結合され、前記変調周波数信号とは周波数または位相にお いて異なりうる可変基準周波数信号を発生するように作動する基準信号発生器と 、 前記変調信号源および前記基準信号発生器に結合され、前記変調信号と前記 基準信号との間の差に基づくエラー信号を発生する比較器と、 前記エラー信号の搬送周波数での歪みを除去するように作動する第1のフィ ルタと、 前記エラー信号周波数の調波での歪みを除去するように作動する第2のフィ ルタと、 前記エンコーダによって生じた歪みを除去するように作動する第3のフィル タと、 前記エラー信号から粘性歪みを除去するように作動する第4のフィルタと、 を備えることを特徴とする速度制御システム。
