Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種類の酸素化された希土類化合物を含むコロイド状分散を製造 する方法であって、下記の段階: (a)少なくとも1種類の酸素化金属化合物を含む水相を分散中に調製する段 階と; (b)段階(a)からの分散を、少なくとも1種類の両親媒性の薬剤、および 好ましくは溶媒として作用する有機混合物または化合物を含む有機相に、同時に か、もしくは連続的に接触させる段階と; (c)該有機相を回収する段階と; を含むこと、ならびに該酸素化金属化合物が、下記の段階: (α)少なくとも1種類の可溶性の希土類の塩、通常は酢酸塩および/または 塩化物を含む溶液を調製する段階と; (β)該溶液を塩基性媒体に接触させ、こうして形成された反応混合物を塩基 性のpHに保つ段階と; (γ)形成された沈殿を、微粒化または凍結乾燥によって回収する段階と; を含む方法によって得られることを特徴とする方法。 2.該酸素化金属化合物が、少なくとも1種類の希土類と、元素の周期表の第IV a、VIIa、VIII、Ib、IIb、IIIbおよびIvb族から選ばれる少なくとも1種類のそ の他の元素に基づくこと、ならびに該希土類の少なくとも1種類の酢酸塩または 塩化物、および該元素の少なくとも1種類の塩またはゾルを含む混合物を、 −上記の混合物を、塩基性媒体に接触させ、こうして形成された反応混合物を 塩基性のpHに保ち;そして −形成された沈殿を、微粒化または凍結乾燥によって回収する ことによって調製することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.該酸素化金属化合物が、セリウム、イットリウム、ネオジム、ガドリニウム 、プラセオジムおよびランタンから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の希土類に基づく ことを特徴とする請求項1および2に記載の方法。 4.該酸素化金属化合物が、ジルコニウム、鉄、銅、ガリウム、パラジウムおよ びマンガンから選ばれる少なくとも1種類のその他の元素を更に含むことを特徴 とする請求項1〜3に記載のいずれかの方法。 5.溶液または上記混合物を塩基性媒体に接触させたときに、反応媒体を、一定 のpHに保つことを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載のいずれかの方法。 6.上記の接触させる操作を、溶液または上記混合物を塩基性媒体に導入するこ とによって実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載のいずれかの方法。 7.塩基性媒体として、アンモニア水溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜 6に記載のいずれかの方法。 8.反応混合物のpH値を、少なくとも9、より詳しくは9.5〜11の値に保つこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜7に記載のいずれかの方法。 9.−酸素化された金属化合物の粒子と; −両親媒性の酸の系と; −希釈剤と を含むゾルであって、該酸素化金属化合物の粒子が、下記の段階: (a)少なくとも1種類の可溶性の希土類の塩、通常は酢酸塩および/または 塩化物を含む溶液を調製する段階と; (b)該溶液を塩基性媒体に接触させ、こうして形成された反応混合物を塩基 性のpHに保つ段階と; (c)形成された沈殿を、微粒化または凍結乾燥によって回収する段階と; を含む方法によって得られることを特徴とするゾル。 10.ゾルの金属性元素に対する該両親媒性の酸のモル比が、多くとも0.5に等し いことを特徴とする請求項9記載のゾル。 11.少なくとも一つの分枝鎖を有する酸の単数または複数の側鎖が、少なくとも 2個、好ましくは3個の炭素原子を有することを特徴とする請求項9および10に 記載のゾル。 12.該両親媒性の酸の系が、イソステアリン酸を含むことを特徴とする請求項9 〜11に記載のいずれかのゾル。 13.該両親媒性の酸の系が、リン酸のジエステルであることを特徴とする請求項 9〜12に記載のいずれかのゾル。 14.該両親媒性の酸の系の初期融点が、多くとも50℃、好都合には多くとも20℃、 好ましくは多くとも0℃に等しいことを特徴とする請求項9〜13に記載のいずれ かのゾル。 15.該四価酸化物の粒子が、それらの間で多くとも5重量%、好都合には多くと も1重量%、好ましくは多くとも0.5重量%を占め、該粒子の粒度が、0.1μmよ り大きく、好都合には0.05μmより大きく、好ましくは0.02μmより大きいこと を特徴とする請求項9〜14に記載のいずれかのゾル。 16.希釈剤が、多くとも50%、好ましくは多くとも5分の1の芳香族化合物を含 むことを特徴とする請求項9〜15に記載のいずれかのゾル。 17.内燃機関用の燃料であって、請求項9〜16のうち一項に記載のゾルと標準的 な燃料とを混合することによって得られることを特徴とする燃料。 18.ディーゼルエンジンの燃料用の補助剤としての、請求項9〜16に記載のいず れかのゾルの用途。
