Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リグニンをポリオールに混合してイソシアネートと迅速に反応するリグニン ポリオールを生成させた、フォーム、プラスチック又は他の有用な材料を製造す る組成物。 2.リグニンと混合するために使用されるポリエーテルポリオールが、活性材料 の1つとして1%乃至100%のエチレンジオキサイドを含んでいる、第1項の 組成物。 3.ポリエーテルポリオールの混合物がリグニンと混合するために使用される、 第1項の組成物。 4.ポリエーテルポリオールとポリエステルポリオールの混合物がリグニンと混 合するために使用される、第1項の組成物。 5.アミノ基を含むポリエーテルポリオールの混合物がリグニンと混合するため に使用される、第1項の組成物。 6.使用されるリグニンが、ソルベントパルプ化プロセスから得たものである、 第1項の組成物。 7.使用されるリグニンが、硫酸塩パルプ化プロセスから得たものである、第1 項の組成物。 8.リグニンが生物学プロセスから得たものである、第1項の組成物。 9.リグニンが機械的パルプ化プロセスから得たものである、第1項の組成物。 10.リグニンが硫酸塩パルプ化プロセスから得られたリグノスルホナートである 、第1項の組成物。 11.ポリオールがWL−440(エチレンオキサイドとプロピレンオキサイドか ら得られたポリオール)である、第1項の組成物。 12.ポリオールがWL−1590(ハンツマンケミカル(Huntsman Chemical)に よるエチレンオキサイドとプロピレンオキサイドから得られたポリオール)であ る、第1項の組成物。 13.リグニンが硫酸塩パルプ化プロセスから得られたリグノスルホナートである 、第1項の組成物。 14.ポリオールがWL−400(エチレンオキサイドとプロピレンオキサイドか ら得られたポリオール)である、第1項の組成物。 15.リグニンが半機械プロセスから得られたリグニンである、第1項の組成物。 16.使用されるリグニンが、好ましくは、2%未満の灰レベル(ash level)であ る、第1項の組成物。 17.使用されるリグニンが、好ましくは、1%未満のナトリウムを含む、第1項 の組成物。 18.使用されるリグニンが、好ましくは、1000000部当り500部未満のナトリ ウムを含む、第1項の組成物。 19.リグニンが、好ましくは、2%未満の水溶性イオンを含む、第1項の組成物 。 20.製造されるフォーム又はウレタン製品の耐水性を改善するために、リグニン をポリオールに加えた、組成物。 21.ウレタンフォーム又はウレタン製品の難燃性を改善するために、リグニンを ポリオール系に加えた、組成物。 22.フォーム、プラスチック及びコーティングのような有用製品を製造するため にナトリウムレベルが十分に低くされており、リグニンベースのポリオールにお けるイソシアネートとヒドロキシ基の反応速度が調整可能である、第1項の組成 物。 23.リグニンベースのポリオールが、種々の基質のウレタンコーティングを製造 するために、適切な溶媒に混合されるとともに適切なイソシアネートに混合され ている、第1項の組成物。
