DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail.
The iodine compound solution used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and potassium iodide (a mixture of iodine and potassium iodide) or sodium iodide (a mixture of iodine and sodium iodide) is dissolved in a solvent such as water or alcohol. Or a mixture obtained by adding any of nonylphenoxypolyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol block polymer, and polyvinylpyrrolidone thereto. The iodine concentration of the solution is not particularly limited, but is usually selected from the range of 0.01 to 20% by weight.
Preferably, the concentration is 0.1 to 10% by weight, and when the concentration is less than 0.01% by weight, the bactericidal property is inferior.
If it exceeds, the amount of iodine scattered in the air increases, which is uneconomical, which is not preferable. Potassium iodide or sodium iodide to be added is 5 to 20 times the amount of iodine (weight conversion)
It is preferable to put in.

[0006] The vinylon fibers to be coated or dipped with the iodine compound solution are not particularly limited, but those which are soluble in hot water at 60 to 100 ° C are preferable. The surface may be formalized to such an extent that it is controlled by the degree or the draw ratio of the filament, the heat treatment after fiberization, etc. The starting polyvinyl alcohol preferably has a saponification degree of 50 to 100 mol% and a polymerization degree of 100 to 6000, and it is also possible to use a modified polyvinyl alcohol containing a functional group reactive with an iodine compound. .

In the above treatment of the vinylon fiber with the iodine compound solution, the fiber immediately after the production of the vinylon fiber may be treated, or the produced vinylon fiber may be treated with a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric by a thermal bonding method or the like. The above-mentioned treatment may be performed after the above-mentioned fabric is formed, and the latter method may be suitably employed. In the above treatment, a coating method or a dipping method is adopted. In the coating method, the above-mentioned iodine compound solution is coated by a method such as a coater method or a spray method.
Can be applied, and the amount of application at this time is 0.1
3030 g / m 2 (when dried), and further 0.4 to 10 g / m 2
(At the time of drying).
If it is less than 1 g / m 2 , the sterilization is inferior. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30 g / m 2 , the amount of iodine falling off from the fiber rapidly increases, which is not preferable.

In the immersion method, it is preferable to immerse in the above-mentioned iodine compound solution and then remove excess liquid by squeezing nip. After the application or immersion of the iodine compound solution, it may be washed with a potassium iodide solution or a sodium iodide solution to which iodine is not added.
Thus, the iodine compound solution is applied or immersed in vinylon fiber or vinylon cloth (woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc.), and then at 20 to 80 ° C. for 30 seconds to 10 seconds.
After drying for a minute, the vinylon fiber or nonwoven fabric of the present invention is obtained.

Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. In the examples, “parts” and “%” are based on weight unless otherwise specified. Example 1 Using vinylon fibers having a saponification degree of 99.9 mol% and a polymerization degree of 1700 and a denier of 1.2, a vinylon nonwoven fabric (having a basis weight of 67 g / m 2 ) produced by a spunlace method was used. %, Potassium iodide 1.0% aqueous solution of potassium iodide is spray-coated and dried at 70 ° C. for 8 minutes to obtain a vinylon nonwoven fabric of the present invention having a coating amount of potassium iodide of 0.4 g / m 2. Was. A physiological saline suspension of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas irginosa) IFO3445 (the number of bacteria: 3.0) was added to the obtained vinylon nonwoven fabric.
(× 10 6 cells / ml) 200 μl was adhered, and after 10 minutes, the cells were leached with physiological saline and the number of bacteria was measured, but all the bacteria were killed. After using the obtained vinylon nonwoven fabric as a drape for surgery, it was dissolved in hot water at 90 ° C., but the solubility was good.
