Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電解質(30)、 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)、および 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の少なくとも一方に付着され、化学 的および電気化学的に安定で電子伝導性である金属ポリケイ酸塩および炭素から なるプライマー(20) から成る電解質セル(10)。 2. 第1の電極(11)が正極であり、第2の電極で負極である請求項1に 記載の電解質セル(10)。 3. 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)が、それぞれ正極電流コレク タ(15)と負極電流コレクタ(45)を含み、プライマー(20,40)が正 極電流コレクタ(15)と負極電流コレクタ(45)の両方に付着される請求項 2に記載の電解質セル(10)。 4. 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の少なくとも一方が、電流コ レクタ(15,45)、プライマー(20,40)、および、活性材料(25, 35)を含み、 プライマー(20,40)が電流コレクタ(15,45)に作動的に付着され 、活性材料(25,35)が電流コレクタのプライマー処理された表面に作動的 に付着される請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 5. 金属ポリケイ酸塩(20)が、リチウムポリケイ酸塩を含む請求項1に 記載の電解質セル(10)。 6. 金属ポリケイ酸塩が、一般式MxSiyOzであり、 Mはアルカリ金属であり、 Xは1以上であり、 Yは2以上であり、 Zは1以上であり、 Yに対するXの比は2以下である 請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 7. プライマー(20)が、グラファイトとカーボンブラックから成るグル ープから選択された炭素を含む請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 8. プライマー(20)が、第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の対 応する一方に付着された後に5ミクロンに以下の厚さを有する請求項1に記載の 電解質セル(10)。 9. プライマー(20)が、400°Cまでの温度への露出の際に過度の構 造的な劣化を防止するための手段を含む請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 10. プライマー(20)が、電解質(30)内で実質的に不溶性である請 求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 11. 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の一方が、アルミニウムで 構成される請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 12. 第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の一方が、銅で構成される 請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 13. 第1の電極(11)がアルミニウムで構成され、第2の電極(12) が銅で構成される請求項1に記載の電解質セル(10)。 14. 金属ポリケイ酸塩と炭素から成るプライマー(20,40)を第1の 電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の少なくとも一方に付着するステップと、 電解質(30)を第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12)の間に挿入するス テップと から成る電解質セル(10)を製造する方法。 15. プライマー(20,40)を第1の電極(11)と第2の電極(12 )の両方に付着するステップを更に含む請求項14に記載の方法。 16. プライマー(20)が、一般式MxSiyOzのものであり、 Mはアルカリ金属であり、 Xは1以上であり、 Yは2以上であり、 Zは1以上であり、 Yに対するXの比は2以下である 請求項14に記載の方法。 17. プライマー(20,40)を電流コレクタ(15,45)に付着し、 活性材料(25,35)をプライマー(20,40)に付着するステップを更に 含む請求項14に記載の方法。
