Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ブレーキ・ライニング(22)をブレーキディスクに押圧する為にプランジャ 軸心(C)の方向に可動な少なくとも1個のプランジャ(46)と、 前記ブレーキの作動の為に横手軸心(B)を中心として回動可能であると共に少 なくとも1個のころがり軸受(40)内に支持された少なくとも1個の偏心輪(38)と 、 軸受シェル(42)により前記偏心輪(38)に支持された、作動力を前記プランジャ (46)に伝達する為のローラ体(44)と を備えた、ディスクブレーキ(10)のブレーキライニング押しつけ装置(28)にお いて、 前記横手軸心(B)に関し少なくともほぼ半径方向外方へ突出し且つ前記ころが り軸受(40)の保持器(84)に係合し得ると共に、前記ブレーキの解除時に該保持器 (84)を所定の初期位置に復帰せしめ得る延長部(78)を前記軸受シェル(42)が備え て成ることを特徴とする、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押しつけ装置 。 2.前記ローラ体(44)の前記軸受シェル(42)の前記延長部(78)が、前記ころが り軸受(40)の、相互に近接配置された複数個の保持器(84)と係合するよう構成さ れていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライ ニング押しつけ装置。 3.前記ころがり軸受(40)が割円筒状の形状を有し、且つ、前記延長部(78)が 、前記ブレーキの解除時にころがり軸受保持器(84)の自由長手縁(82)に係合する ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライ ニング押しつけ装置。 4.前記ころがり軸受(40)がニードルベアリングであることを特徴とする、請 求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押し つけ装置。 5.前記ローラ体(44)の前記軸受シェル(42)が、前記偏心輪(38)に関し変位し ないように該偏心輪(38)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の いずれかに記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押しつけ装置。 6.前記ローラ体(44)の前記軸受シェル(42)が、横手軸心(B)回りに回転しな いよう前記偏心輪(38)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のい ずれかに記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押しつけ装置。 7.軸心方向変位および回転に抗しての軸受シェル(42)の固定が、前記偏心輪 (38)の側における前記軸受シェル(42)のふくらみ(70)により達成され、該ふくら みが前記偏心輪(38)の凹所(72)内に入っていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は 6に記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押しつけ装置。 8.前記軸受シェルの表面側の縁(74)から半径方向内側へ突出すると共に前記 ローラ体(44)を軸心方向変位に抗して固定する一個もしくは複数個の突起(76)を 前記ローラ体(44)の前記軸受シェル(42)が備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃 至7のいずれかに記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレーキライニング押しつけ装置 。 9.前記突起(76)の各々が、前記軸受シェル(42)に一体的につながっている部 分により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の、ディスクブレーキ のブレーキライニング押しつけ装置。 10.前記ローラ体(44)の前記軸受シェル(42)が、本質的に中空の割円筒形状 を有すると共に、180°より大きく200°より小さい角度範囲をカバーしているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の、ディスクブレーキのブレ ーキライニング押しつけ装置。
