Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ピストンを有する交換可能なカートリッジ類からの薬の投与・注入のた めの注射器であって、前記ピストンは、このピストンの動きに対応して薬の一投 与量の押し出しを行うため筒状のカートリッジに押し進む力がかけられ、 この注射器は、1つのカートリッジ・ホルダと、 一投与量分がセットされた後、前記カートリッジ内部に前記ピストンを押して 1つのピストンロッドを連続的に前進させることによる1つの投与注入機構と、 を具備する1つのハウジングを有して成り、 前記投与注入機構は、1つのスピンドルと、 このスピンドルの回転に対応した一投与量のセットによって前記スピンドルと 共に動き、そのスピンドルに沿って(ナット部材)自身の部材を動かず1つのナッ ト部材と、を具備し、 前記スピンドル上の前記ナット部材の位置は、該注入期間において前記スピン ドル上で前記ナット部材がどれだけ遠いかを規定するものであり、 前記スピンドル及びこれに対応する前記ナット部材の回転は、投与注入機構が 一投与量をセットするために運用されない場合には、前記スピンドル上の自身の 位置に前記ナット部材自身を維持するために固定化されて成り、 前記カートリッジ・ホルダに対するアクセスは、前記ハウジングに接続され前 記投与注入機構に組み合わされた1つのリッドを開くことにより得られ、 前記ナット部材の固定化は、前記スピンドル上におけるそれ自身の位置におい て、前記リッドが開いた場合に解除されることを特徴とする注射器。 2. 前記リッドの開く動作は、前記ピストンロッドの1つのリトラクション メカニズム(引込み機構)に伝えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射 器。 3. 前記リッドは、前記注射器の軸方向にスライド(滑動)することで前記カ ートリッジ・ホルダにアクセスを与えるような滑動可能なリッドであることを特 徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の注射器。 4. 1つのピストンロッド・リトラクション(引込み機構)部位が、前記リッ ドに確実にしっかりと接続されて成り、 前記注射器の軸方向にスライドすることで前記カートリッジ・ホルダにアクセ スを与えるように前記リッドがスライドされるとき、前記ピストンロッドを前記 投与注入機構に戻すための、前記ピストンロッドの後終端における噛み合わせ手 段を具備することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の注射器。 5. 前記ピストンロッド・リトラクション部位は、前記リッドの前記滑動の 初めの期間において、前記ナット要素のロック状態を解除するための前記投与注 入機構に噛み合う手段と共に配設されて成ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載 の注射器。 6. 前記ピストンロッド・リトラクション部位は、もし前記リッドが全開さ れていなければ、前記リッドが閉じられないように防止するデテント(回り止め) 機構が設けられて成ることを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の注射 器。 7. 前記デテント機構は、前記リッド上に1つの指部を具備し、 前記指部は、前記注射器のハウジングの1つのトラックにしっかりと確実に噛 み合い、 前記トラックは、平行して成る第1凹部と、第2凹部とを具備し、 前記リッドの開く動作期間において、前記指部が前記第1凹部に従い、 前記リッドの閉じる動作期間において、前記指部が前記第2凹部に従うように して成り、 少なくとも前記第1凹部は、前記リッド上の開く方向においてのみ前記指部が 動かされることを許容するのこぎり状の歯部を備えたデテント(回り止め)が設け られていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注射器。 8. 前記デテント機構は、前記リッドにしっかり確実に接続された一部に搭 載された1つの歯止めを具備し、前記ハウジングの線状な歯部に噛み合うように 設計されて成り、 複数の溝(凹部)が前記歯部の各終端に設けられ、これらの溝は、前記歯止めが 引き止める方向を変えることを許容することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注 射器。 9. 前記リッドは、1つの注射器ハウジングに蝶番化され、 前記カートリッジ・ホルダは、その終端からこのカートリッジ・ホルダへのア クセスを与えるため、前記ハウジングから揺れ外れるときには、前記リッドに従 うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射器。
