Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの液体レンズ又は可撓性の膜ミラーと、 前記レンズ又はミラーのキャビティ内の液圧を調整する液体ポンプと、 前記キャビティとポンプとを連通し、両者間の液体流通を可能とする閉塞可能 なダクトと、さらに、 前記キャビティ内の液圧が所定の値に達したときにダクトを閉塞し、それによ り、前記レンズ又はミラーをそれ以降調整不可能とする閉塞部と、 を備える光学装置。 2.前記閉塞部が、塑性変形してダクトを閉塞するダクトの一部を含む請求項1 に記載の光学装置。 3.前記ダクトの一部が、圧縮されたときに塑性変形するものである請求項2に 記載の光学装置。 4.前記ダクトの一部が、加熱されたときに塑性変形するものである請求項2又 は3に記載の光学装置。 5.前記ダクトの一部が、超音波振動にさらされたときに塑性変形する請求項2 から4の何れかに記載の光学装置。 6.前記ポンプが、キャビディ内の液圧を増加、減少させることのできる容積式 ポンプである請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の光学装置。 7.前記ポンプが、シリンジである請求項6に記載の光学装置。 8.前記閉塞部が、ダクトを閉塞するために、保持力を持って変形可能な部材を 含む請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の光学装置。 9.(i)前記部材が、ダクトを閉塞する、保持力を持って変形可能な詮を含み、 (ii)前記ポンプが、前記詮に取り外し可能に貫通して、ポンプとキャビティ との間の液体流通を可能とする別のダクトを含 むか、又はこの別のダクトに作動可能に接続され、前記詮の弾性によって、(a) この別のダクトにより詮が貫通されたときに、この別のダクトの周囲に液密シー ルを形成し、かつ(b)この別のダクトを栓から取り外した際に、この別のダクト によって貫通された孔を閉塞するように構成されている請求項8に記載の光学装 置。 10.前記別のダクトが中空針である請求項10に記載の光学装置。 11.前記保持力を持って変形可能な部材が、ダクトを圧縮した際に相互にシール するように圧接することが可能な対向する内壁を備える請求項8に記載の光学装 置。 12.前記ダクトの対向する内壁に固着された接着物質を備える請求項11に記載の 光学装置。 13.一対の液体レンズを備えた請求項1から12に記載の光学装置を含む眼鏡。 14.前記レンズそれぞれに対して、液体ポンプと閉塞可能なダクトとをそれぞれ 含む請求項13に記載の眼鏡。 15.前記閉塞可能なダクトがそれぞれ可撓性を有し、眼鏡のフレームが、閉塞後 のダクトを収容する一つ若しくはそれ以上の凹部を有する請求項13又は14に記載 の眼鏡。 16.前記凹部がそれぞれ、閉塞したダクトを隠すように閉塞可能である請求項15 に記載の眼鏡。 17.レンズがぞれぞれ、レンズの可撓性の膜を保護するための硬質で透明なカバ ーを備えている請求項13から16のいずれかに記載の眼鏡。 18.前記透明なカバーがぞれぞれ、光学的に矯正する効果を有する請求項17に記 載の眼鏡。 19.前記カバーがそれぞれ、光学的フィルタ効果を有する請求項17又は18に記載 の眼鏡。 20.前記光学装置が、1つ若しくはそれ以上の化合物液体レンズを含む請求項13 から19のいずれかに記載の眼鏡。 21.前記液体レンズが、所定量の液体を収容し、ポンプによってレンズキャビテ ィ内の液圧を限られた範囲内で調整することができるように構成されている請求 項1から12のいずれかに記載の光学装置、又は請求項13から20のいずれかに記載 の眼鏡。 22.視力障害を矯正するための装置を調整する方法であって、下記のステップ、 すなわち、 (i)請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置を、患者の目の正面に配置して、そ のレンズを通して目に光を受けるようにし、 (ii)前記装置のポンプを、患者にとって最適で明瞭な画像が見えるまで操作し 、 (iii)前記装置のダクトを閉塞し、さらに、 (iv)前記装置からポンプを取り外す、 ステップを含む調整方法。 23.視力障害を矯正するための眼鏡を調整する方法であって、下記のステップ、 すなわち、 (i)請求項13から21のいずれかに記載の眼鏡を、患者の目の正面に配置して、 それぞれのレンズを通して患者の両眼に光を受けるようにし、 (ii)患者の一方の目の瞳孔を覆い、 (iii)患者の他方の目に対応する前記レンズのポンプを、その他方の目に最適 で明瞭な画像が見えるまで操作し、 (iv)前記レンズとそのレンズに対応したポンプの間のダクトを閉塞し、 (v)前記一方の目の瞳孔から覆いを外し、 (vi)患者の他方の目の瞳孔を覆い、 (vii)患者の他方の目について、ステップ(iii)および(iv)を必要に応じて修整 して繰り返し、 (viii)前記装置からポンプをそれぞれ取り外す、 ステップを含む眼鏡の調整方法。 24.前記眼鏡が請求項15に記載の眼鏡である請求項23に記載の調整方法であって 、下記のステップ、すなわち、 (ix)閉塞後、眼鏡の凹部にダクトをどれぞれ収容し、 (x)凹部それぞれを覆う、 ステップをさらに含む調整方法。
