Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸素過飽和生理溶液を血管の内腔に送出して動脈血液をカテーテルを越えて 入れ換える装置において、 中空で気密のベッセルと; 上記ベッセル内に配置された生理溶液用の折り畳み可能な容器であって、該 容器と上記ベッセルの間に空間が設けてあり; 上記ベッセルと上記容器とに気密的に挿入された套管針であって、上記套管 針は酸素の供給器に連通しており、酸素を上記套管針を介して圧力下で溶液に押 し込みこれによって酸素過飽和溶液を容器内に準備し; 上記空間を加圧するために上記空間に連通し酸素を供給する、上記ベッセル に設けられた入口ポートと; 上記容器に接続された調節可能な容器出口バルブであって、該容器出口バル ブは非溶解酸素の上記容器からの流れを制御し、 上記容器に連結された調節可能な空間出口バルブであって、該空間出口バル ブは上記空間からの酸素の流れを制御し、酸素が溶液内に導入される時よりも速 い速度で酸素が上記空間から離れ; 酸素が供給器から套管針に流入するガス開放状態と、供給器が分離され酸素 過飽和溶液が套管針からカテーテルに流れるガス閉塞状態とを有し、酸素過飽和 溶液が泡の発生なしに血管に注入される流体制御手段; を包含することを特徴とする酸素過飽和生理溶液送出装置。 2.上記装置が、さらに 容器の外面に貼り付けられた酸素不浸透性シート を有すこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.上記装置が、さらに 上記ベッセル内に上記容器を据えつける前にイオン、薬剤等を容器に注入す るために上記容器内に設けられたポート を有すこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 4.上記容器の出口バルブが非溶解酸素のための逃がし路を備えていること特徴 とする請求項1に記載の装置。 5.空間出口バルブが、上記空間内の圧力の調整を可能にし、上記空間と容器を 離れる酸素の間に差圧を発生させ、空間内で容器外の圧力が容器内の圧力より低 いこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 6.上記ベッセルが、圧力分布を均一にするために円筒形であること特徴とする 請求項1に記載の装置。 7.上記装置が、さらに 上記套管針を血管形成カテーテルに連結する送出管を包含していること特徴 とする請求項1に記載の装置。 8.上記装置が、さらに 酸素過飽和溶液を上記血管形成カテーテルに送出する圧力を感知するために 上記送出管に連通した圧力センサーを包含していること特徴とする請求項7に記 載の装置。 9.上記装置が、さらに 上記血管形成カテーテルに送出される酸素過飽和溶液の流速を測定するため の流速プローブを包含すること特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。 10.上記装置が、さらに 上記血管形成カテーテルに送出される前に酸素過飽和溶液内の泡を検出する ために送出管に連通した泡検出器を包含すること特徴とする請求項7に記載の装 置。 11.上記装置が、さらに 上記血管形成カテーテルに送出される前に酸素過飽和生理溶液内の酸素の部 分圧力を検出するためのセンサーを包含すること特徴とする請求項7に記載の装 置。 12.上記装置が、さらに 上記血管形成カテーテルに送出される前に酸素過飽和生理溶液の温度を約3 7°Cにして保持する熱交換器を包含すること特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置 。 13.上記装置が、さらに 上記熱交換器を上記血管形成カテーテルに連結した配管に断熱部を包含する こと特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 14.上記装置が、さらに 上記断熱部に連通し、監視されているパラメーターが許容範囲内にない場合 上記断熱部からの上記酸素過飽和溶液の流れを遮断するる安全弁を包含すること 特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 15.上記装置が、さらに 冠状内(intra-coronary)観察に基づき、上記血管形成カテーテルのガイドワ イヤに連結されてECG信号を発生する装置を包含すること特徴とする請求項1 4に記載の装置。 16.上記生理溶液が塩水性溶液を含むこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 17.上記装置が、さらに 塩水溶液への添加剤を包含し、該添加剤がカリュウム、カルシュウム、マグ ネシュウムイオン、葡萄糖、緩衝剤、及びこれらの混合物のグループから選択さ れたこと特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。 18.上記装置が、さらに 上記血管形成カテーテル内に配置された流れ抵抗手段を有し、血管に注入さ れている間酸素過飽和生理溶液を安定させるに適当な大きさの抵抗を提供するこ と特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 19.酸素過飽和生理溶液を血管の内腔に送出して臨床的血管形成中動脈血液を血 管形成装置を越えて入れ換える方法において、 折り畳み可能な生理溶液用容器を中空で気密なベッセル内に配置し、上記容 器と上記ベッセルの間に空間を設けること; 上記容器内に套管針を配置し、該套管針が加圧下で酸素供給器に連通してい ること; 上記容器内に酸素過飽和溶液を準備するために加圧下で酸素を溶液に溶解さ せること 溶液へ及び上記空間からの各酸素流速を制御し、酸素を上記溶液に導入する よりも速い速度で酸素が空間を離れること;及び 酸素過飽和溶液を血管形成カテーテルに送出して溶液を泡の形成なしに上記 内腔内に注入すること のステップを包含することを特徴とする酸素過飽和生理溶液送出方法。 20.上記酸素過飽和溶液を送出するステップが、さらに 圧力が約2−3bar で流速が約10−60mL/minで上記溶液を注入するステ ップを包含すること特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 21.上記酸素過飽和溶液を送出するステップが、さらに 溶液を濃度が約1−3mL O2/g で注入するステップを包含すること特徴とす る請求項20に記載の方法。 22.上記方法が、さらに 上記容器内の生理溶液がカリュウム、カルシュウム、マグネシュウムイオン 、葡萄糖、緩衝剤、及びこれらの混合物のグループから選択された添加剤を添加 していること特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。 23.上記方法が、さらに 酸素過飽和生理溶液を酸素の目標部分圧力に到達したときに套管針を通過す る酸素の流れを阻止すること;及び 冠状動脈への応用に必要な液体流速を達成する静圧を提供するために空間内 の酸素圧力を高めること のステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
