Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体媒質中の多数の気泡を含み、前記気泡が37℃でオストワルド係数が5 00×10-6未満の化合物を含む超音波コントラスト増強用ガスエマルジョン。 2.前記気泡がフルオロエーテルを含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載のガスエマル ジョン。 3.化合物の蒸気圧が37℃で約760mmHg未満である、請求の範囲第1項 に記載のガスエマルジョン。 4.気泡が表面活性剤層で囲まれている、請求の範囲第1項に記載のガスエマル ジョン。 5.表面活性剤層が、リン脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質、非イオン表面活 性剤、中性表面活性剤、陰イオン表面活性剤、中性フッ素化表面活性剤、陰イオ ンフッ素化表面活性剤およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される表面 活性剤を含む、請求の範囲第4項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 6.表面活性剤層が少なくとも第一表面活性剤と第二表面活性剤を含み、第一表 面活性剤は、本質的に、少なくとも10個の炭素原子を含む少なくとも1つのア シル鎖を有するリン脂質またはリン脂質混合物からなり、表面活性剤全体の少な くとも約5%w/wを占め、第二表面活性剤は第一表面活性剤より水溶性が高い 、請求の範囲第4項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 7.前記第二表面活性剤が、脂肪酸、脂肪酸の塩、脂肪酸の糖エステル、ポリオ キシプロピレン−ポリオキシエチレンコポリマー、非イオンアルキルグルコシド 、ポリソルベートおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求の 範囲第6項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 8.前記第二表面活性剤が、各アシル鎖が14個以下の炭素原子を有する、リン 脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選 択される、請求の範囲第6項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 9.前記第一表面活性剤が、1つ以上のアシル鎖を有し、少なくとも1つのアシ ル鎖が12〜18個の炭素原子を有するホスファチジルコリンを含み、前記第二 表面活性剤が、1つ以上のアシル鎖を有し、少なくとも1つのアシル鎖が6〜1 2個の炭素原子を有するホスファチジルコリンを含む、請求の範囲第6項に記載 のガスエマルジョン。 10.液体媒質中に多数の気泡を含み、前記気泡がフルオロエーテルを含む超音 波コントラスト増強用ガスエマルジョン。 11.前記フルオロエーテルが、CF3OCF2OCF3、CF3(OCF2)2OC F3、CF3(OCF2)3OCF3およびCF3(OCF2)4OCF3からなる群か ら選択される、請求の範囲第10項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 12.フルオロエーテルが、ペルフルオロジエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロジメ チルエーテル、ペルフルオロジグリム、ペルフルオロメチルエチルエーテルおよ びペルフルオロモノグリムからなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第10項に記 載のガスエマルジョン。 13.気体がさらに空気または窒素を含む、請求の範囲第10項に記載のガスエ マルジョン。 14.気体がさらに空気または窒素を含む、請求の範囲第11項に記載のガスエ マルジョン。 15.気泡が表面活性剤層で囲まれている、請求の範囲第10項に記載のガスエ マルジョン。 16.表面活性剤層が、リン脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質、非イオン表面 活性剤、中性表面活性剤、陰イオン表面活性剤、中性フッ素化表面活性剤、陰イ オンフッ素化表面活性剤およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される表 面活性剤を含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 17.表面活性剤層が少なくとも第一表面活性剤と第二表面活性剤を含み、第一 表面活性剤は、本質的に、少なくとも10個の炭素原子を含む少なくとも1つの アシル鎖を有するリン脂質またはリン脂質混合物からなり、表面活性剤全体の少 なくとも約5%w/wを占め、第二表面活性剤は第一表面活性剤より水溶性が高 い、請求の範囲第15項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 18.前記第二表面活性剤が、脂肪酸、脂肪酸の塩、脂肪酸の糖エステル、ポリ オキシプロピレン−ポリオキシエチレンコポリマー、非イオンアルキルグルコシ ド、ポリソルベートおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求 の範囲第17項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 19.前記第二表面活性剤が、各アシル鎖が14個以下の炭素原子を有する、リ ン脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から 選択される、請求の範囲第17項に記載のガスエマルジョン。 20.前記第一表面活性剤が、1つ以上のアシル鎖を有し、少なくとも1つのア シル鎖が12〜18個の炭素原子を有するホスファチジルコリンを含み、前記第 二表面活性剤が、1つ以上のアシル鎖を有し、少なくとも1つのアシル鎖が6〜 12個の炭素原子を有するホスファチジルコリンを含む、請求の範囲第15項に 記載のガスエマルジョン。 21.前記気泡が遊離の気泡である、請求の範囲第10項に記載のガスエマルジ ョン。 22.多数の空間を画定する構造材料と表面活性剤と前記空間内に分散させたフ ルオロエーテルを含む気体または気体混合物とを含む容器を提供するステップと 、 前記容器に水性の液体を添加するステップと、 前記容器内で前記構造材料、前記表面活性剤および前記水性液体を混合して、 それにより表面活性剤層で囲われた前記気体または気体混合物の気泡を含むガス エマルジョンを形成するステップとを含む、ガスエマルジョンの形成方法。 23.前記構造材料が実質的に水溶性である、請求の範囲第22項に記載の方法 。 24.前記フルオロエーテルが、CF3OCF2OCF3、CF3(OCF2)2OC F3、CF3(OCF2)3OCF3およびCF3(OCF2)4OCF3からなる群か ら選択されるポリフルオロエーテルである、請求の範囲第22項に記載の方法。 25.フルオロエーテルが、ペルフルオロジエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロジメ チルエーテル、ペルフルオロメチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロモノグリムお よびペルフルオロジグリムからなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第22項に記 載の方法。 26.前記構造材料が前記表面活性剤を含む、請求の範囲第22項に記載の方法 。 27.前記表面活性剤が、リン脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質、非イオン表 面活性剤、中性表面活性剤、陰イオン表面活性剤、中性フッ素化表面活性剤、陰 イオンフッ素化表面活性剤およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される 、請求の範囲第22項に記載の方法。 28.前記材料が空間含有構造体および可溶性空間形成構造体からなる群から選 択される、請求の範囲第22項に記載の方法。 29.前記構造材料が、糖、噴霧乾燥させたミクロスフェア、凍結乾燥粉末、凍 結乾燥ケーキ、粉末化および粒状化した糖、タンパク質ミクロスフェアおよび乾 燥させた多孔性ヒアルロン酸からなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第22項に 記載の方法。 30.多数の空間を画定する構造材料と、 前記空間内に分散されたフルオロエーテルを含む気体または気体混合物と、 表面活性剤とを含み、 前記材料、前記気体または気体混合物および前記表面活性剤が共に、前記容器 に液体を添加した際に微小気泡を形成するようにされている微小気泡前駆組成物 。 31.前記構造材料が実質的に水溶性である、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成 物。 32.前記フルオロエーテルが、CF3OCF2OCF3、CF3(OCF2)2OC F3、CF3(OCF2)3OCF3およびCF3(OCF2)4OCF3からなる群か ら選択されるフルオロポリエーテルである、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成物 。 33.フルオロエーテルが、ペルフルオロジエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロジメ チルエーテル、ペルフルオロメチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロモノグリムお よびペルフルオロジグリムからなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第30項に記 載の組成物。 34.前記構造材料が前記表面活性剤を含む、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成 物。 35.前記表面活性剤が、リン脂質、ホスホコリン、リゾリン脂質、非イオン表 面活性剤、中性表面活性剤、陰イオン表面活性剤、中性フッ素化表面活性剤、陰 イオンフッ素化表面活性剤およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される 、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成物。 36.前記構造材料が空間含有構造体および水溶性空間形成構造体からなる群か ら選択される、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成物。 37.前記構造材料が、噴霧乾燥させたミクロスフェア、粉末化および粒状化し た糖、凍結乾燥粉末、凍結乾燥ケーキ、タンパク質ミクロスフェアおよび乾燥さ せた多孔性ヒアルロン酸からなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第30項に記載 の組成物。 38.前記構造材料が噴霧乾燥させたミクロスフェアを含み、前記噴霧乾燥させ たミクロスフェアがでんぷん、誘導体化でんぷんおよび糖エステルからなる群か ら選択された化合物を含む、請求の範囲第37項に記載の組成物。 39.前記構造材料が炭水化物およびタンパク質からなる群から選択される化合 物を含む、請求の範囲第30項に記載の組成物。 40.請求の範囲第10項に記載の造影剤を物体または身体に導入するステップ と、 前記物体または身体の少なくとも一部をイメージングするステップと を含む物体または身体を超音波イメージングする方法。 41.前記イメージングステップが超音波調波イメージングを含む、請求の範囲 第40項に記載の方法。 42.請求の範囲第10項に記載の造影剤を物体または身体内に導入するステッ プと、 前記物体または身体の少なくとも一部をイメージングするステップと を含む物体または身体を磁気共鳴イメージングする方法。
