Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスバーナー(3)をはめ込むための少なくとも1つの開口(2)を有し、 この開口の周囲に分散配置されて、バーナーで加熱しようとする調理用具を支持 するための、同一高さの幾つかの隆起部(5)を一体部材として備えていること を特徴とするガス調理器用のガラスセラミック料理プレート。 2.前記開口は、それに連続したプレート部分よりも高い位置にあることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の料理プレート。 3.前記開口及びプレートの縁部よりもくぼんだ領域(7)も備えており、これ は開口の周囲に設けられて、料理中に誤って溢れた液を回収するためのものであ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の料理プレート。 4.隆起部の上部は平坦で水平であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし 第3項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 5.単一の料理部位を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第4 項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 6.幾つかの料理部位を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第 4項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 7.β水晶ガラスセラミック製であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし 第6項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 8.制御された凹凸状の表面を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項な いし第7項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 9.表面の全体または一部分に模様を付けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレート。 10.請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載の料理プレートを少 なくとも1つ備えていることを特徴とするガス調理器。 11.少なくとも2つの料理プレートを備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第10項に記載の調理器。 12.a)溶融前駆ガラスセラミックガラス塊から前期溶融ガラスをローラ間で 圧延することによって、形成しようとする料理プレートよりも幅が広く、粘度が 1,000〜50,000Pa.sのペースト状のガラスシートを成形する段階 と、 b)吸引手段を備えた型の、多数の隆起部のくぼみを有する成形表面へ、それ を覆うように前記ペースト状ガラスシートを送り出す段階と、 c)前記吸引手段で前記シートを吸引することによって、シートを型の成形表 面に密着させる段階と、 d)型の成形表面から突出しているシート部分のトリミング及び切断の両方ま たはいずれか一方によって成形前駆ガラスプレートを形成する段階と、 e)成形ガラスプレートに熱セラミック加工処理を加えることによって、それ をガラスセラミックプレートに変える段階とを備えていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレートの 製造方法。 13.さらに、前駆ガラスシートをプレス加工する作業を含むことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.少なくとも一方のローラは、凹凸表面、模様付き表面またはくぼみ付き表 面を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。
