Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 平版印刷のレーザー画像形成可能な薄膜構造において、第1と第2の表面 を有する基板と、前記基板の前記第1の表面上に保持された真空蒸着された金属 層と、前記金属層に付着しかつ前記金属層を覆った半導体層を含み、前記金属層 および前記半導体層の厚さがそれに衝突するレーザーエネルギーの吸収を最大化 するように選択されることを特徴とする薄膜構造。 2. 前記基板が硫酸バリウムを充填されたポリマーシートであることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の構造。 3. 前記金属層が100〜1000Åの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする 請求項1の記載の構造。 4. 前記半導体層が100〜1000Åの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の構造。 5. 前記金属層がチタン、クロム、ニッケル、ハフニウムおよびアルミニウム の群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造 6. 金属層が500〜700Åの範囲の厚さを有するチタンであることを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の構造。 7. 前記半導体材料がケイ素およびゲルマニウムの群から選択されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の構造。 8. 半導体材料がケイ素であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の構造。 9. 前記半導体材料の層を覆う有機層を一緒にした請求項1に記載の構造。 10. 前記有機層が親油性材料で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載 の構造。 11. 前記親油性材料がシリコーンであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載 の構造。 12. 前記有機層が親水性材料で形成されている請求項9に記載の構造。 13. 前記親水性材料がポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項 12に記載の構造。 14. 前記支持体が0.2から10milの厚さを有することを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の構造。 15. 表面および前記基板の第2の表面とその支持部材の前記表面を固定する 接着力を付与されて印刷版を提供する支持部材と一緒にした請求項14に記載の 構造。 16. 前記基板が6milを越える厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の構造。 17. 印刷版であって、表面を有する支持部材、第1および第2の表面を有す る柔軟な基板、前記基板の前記第2の表面と支持部材の表面を固定する接着剤、 前記支持体の前記第1の層に保持された真空蒸着された金属層、および前記金属 層に付着し、前記金属層を覆う半導体材料の層を含む印刷版において、前記金属 層および前記半導体層の厚さがそれに衝突するレーザーエネルギーの吸収を最大 化するように選択されることを特徴とする印刷版。
