- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内面と外面とを有するステント部材と、 一般に管状の移植片部材と、 前記ステント部材の内面及び外面の少なくとも一方の一部のみを覆うと共に前 記ステント部材と前記移植片部材を相互に固定するリボンとを具えた、ステント 移植片。 2.前記ステント部材が管状部材を具えている請求項1に記載のステント移植 片。 3.前記ステント部材が複数の管状部材を具えている請求項2に記載のステン ト移植片。 4.前記ステント部材が、複数の波形を有する第1部材を具え、該第1部材は 、複数の巻回をもって螺旋形状に配列されている、請求項1に記載のステント移 植片。 5.前記リボンが、複数の巻回をもつ螺旋形状に配列され、各巻回は、隣接す る巻回から間隔をあけられている、請求項4に記載のステント移植片。 6.前記巻回間の間隔が均等である、請求項5に記載のステント移植片。 7.前記リボンが、多数の前記波形の一部を覆っている、請求項5に記載のス テント移植片。 8.前記リボンが、多数の前記波形内に織り込まれている、請求項5に記載の ステント移植片。 9.隣接する巻回の波形を互いに一般に同位相に維持するために、隣接し合う 巻回の間を糸通しされたリンク部材を更に具備する、請求項5に記載のステント 移植片。 10.多数の上記波形は、波形が一般に相互に同位相で拘束され ずに運動できるように構成されている、請求項5に記載のステント移植片。 11.前記波形の群は正弦曲線を形成している、請求項5に記載のステント移 植片。 12.前記リボンは、突出部間で測定された多数の波形の平均振幅の約3/4 より小さい、又はそれと等しい幅を有する、請求項5に記載のステント移植片。 13.前記リボンは、突出部間で測定された多数の波形の平均振幅の約2/3 より小さい、又はそれと等しい幅を有する、請求項12に記載のステント移植片 。 14.前記移植片部材は、約0.006インチより小さい、又はそれと等しい 平均厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のステント移植片。 15.前記リボンは、約0.005インチより小さい、又はそれと等しい平均 厚さを有する、請求項14に記載のステント移植片。 16.前記移植片部材は、多孔性の延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含 んでいる、請求項1に記載のステント移植片。 17.前記リボンが多孔性の延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含んでい る、請求項16に記載のステント移植片。 18.前記移植片部材がX線不透過性繊維を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のス テント移植片。 19.前記ステント部材がニチノールを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のステン ト移植片。 20.前記リボンが前記移植片部材に接着剤で結合されている、請求項1に記 載のステント移植片。 21.前記リボンが前記移植片部材に対面する一般に平坦な部分を有する、請 求項1に記載のステント移植片。 22.前記ステント部材が自己膨張性ステントを具えている、請求項1に記載 のステント移植片。 23.内面と外面とを有するステント部材と、 内面と外面とを有する一般に管状の移植片部材とを具備し、前記ステント部材 及び前記移植片部材の一方が他方の少なくとも一部を取り囲んでおり、更に 全体よりも小さい領域において、前記移植片部材の前記内面及び外面の一方と 前記ステント部材とを相互結合するリボンを具備する、ステント移植片。 24.前記リボンが、複数の螺旋状巻回を有すると共に、前記巻回の少なくと も一つがそれに隣接する巻回から間隔をあけて配置されている、請求項23に記 載のステント移植片。 25.前記リボンが、前記移植片部材に対面する一般に平坦な部分を有する、 請求項23に記載のステント移植片。 26.前記ステント部材が管状であり、前記ステント部材と前記移植片部材と が一般に同軸に配置され、前記移植片部材が前記ステント部材内に配置されてい る、請求項23に記載のステント移植片。 27.前記ステント部材が自己膨張性ステントを具えている、請求項23に記 載のステント移植片。 28.内面と外面とを有すると共に螺旋状部材とリンク部材とを有するステン ト部材を具備し、前記螺旋状部材は多数の螺旋状巻回を有し、前記リンク部材は 、隣接する多数の螺旋状巻回をつなぎ、更に 内面と外面とを有する一般に管状の移植片部材を具備し、前記ステント部材及 び前記移植片部材の一方は、他方の少なくとも一部を取り囲んでおり、更に 全体よりも小さい領域において、前記移植片部材の前記内面及び外面の一方を 前記ステント部材に連結する連結部材を具備する、ステント移植片。 29.前記螺旋状部材が多数の波形を具え、各波形は頂点を有し、前記連結部 材は、螺旋状に配列されると共に前記頂点から間隔をあけて配置されて、前記頂 点を含む開口をそれぞれ形成し、前記頂点は、前記リンク部材が前記開口内で拘 束されずに運動できるように形成されている、請求項28に記載のステント移植 片。 30.内周と外周とを有する一般に管状のステント部材を具備し、前記ステン ト部材は第1部材と第2部材とを具え、前記第1部材は、多数の螺旋状巻回を有 して屈曲部と螺旋形状をなして配置されると共に、多数の波形を有し、各波形は 頂点を有し、前記第2部材は、隣接する複数の巻回の隣接する複数の頂点を糸通 しされて、隣接する巻回の波形を相互に一般に同位相に維持し、更に 螺旋状に配置されると共に、前記ステント部材の前記内周及び外周の少なくと も一方と接触するように配置され、かつ、相互に間隔をあけられた多数の巻回を 形成している一般に偏平なリボンと、 前記ステント部材と螺旋状に配置された前記リボンとの間に配置されると共に 、前記リボンに固定された部分を有する一般に管状の移植片部材とを具備するス テント移植片。 31.螺旋状に巻かれた前記リボンが、一般に前記頂点から間隔をあけて配置 されると共に、前記頂点を含む開口をそれぞれ形成し、前記頂点は、前記第2部 材が前記開口内で拘束されずに運動できるように形成されている、請求項30に 記載のステント移植片。 32.ステント移植片の展開方法であって、 (a)長さを変更可能なステント移植片の第1端を哺乳類の第1部位に配置し 、 (b)前記ステント移植片の第2端を哺乳類の第2部位の方に移動させ、 (c)前記第2端が前記第2部位に達しない場合に前記ステント移植片を伸ば し、 (d)前記第2端が前記第2部位を超えた場合に前記ステント移植片を短くす る、工程を含む方法。
