Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.木片および/またはセルロース含有材料および少なくとも1つのバインダ ーをベースとする木材-プラスチック複合材料であって、 上記バインダーは、ポリオール、水およびポリイソシアネートからなる二酸化 炭素除去二液型ポリウレタンバインダーであって、木片および/またはセルロー ス含有材料100重量部に基づき10〜200重量部の量で存在すること、および 複合材料は、木片および/またはセルロース含有材料とバインダーとを少なく とも1kp/cm2、好適には50〜100kp/cm2の圧力下に反応させることによって得ら れる ことを特徴とする複合材料。 2.木片の木材出発材料として、軟材、例えば針葉樹材または硬木、例えばブ ナまたはオークを用いる請求項1記載の複合材料。 3.セルロース含有材料として、植物繊維、例えば綿、ジュート、亜麻、大麻 または化学変性繊維、例えばレーヨンステープルを用いる請求項1または2記載 の複合材料。 4.木片を、最大で1mm(厚み)×20mm(幅)×50mm(長さ)の寸法を有する 木材チップまたは木材粉末の形態で用いる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合 材料。 5.木片および/またはセルロース含有材料の湿分含量は、5〜2重量%であ る請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合材料。 6.さらに、インサートまたは補強材を、例えばワイヤ、ケーブル、金網また はロッドの形態で含む請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合材料。 7.ポリイソシアネートは、ジイソシアネートまたはトリイソシアネート、よ り好適にはジフェニルメタン-2,2'-ジイソシアネート(粗生成物)である請求項1 〜6のいずれかに記載の複合材料。 8.ポリオールは、ポリエーテルまたはポリエステルポリオールと水とのジオ ール/トリオール混合物である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の複合材料。 9.密度0.40g/cm3〜0.65g/cm3を有する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載 の複合材料。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合材料を製造する方法であって、 a)木片および/またはセルロース含有材料を、まずポリオール成分と混合し、 b)得られた混合物に、他の成分、好適には過剰量のポリイソシアネートを添加 し、均一にし、 c)均一にした混合物を、所望により離型剤を被覆した加圧密閉形金型内に導入 して、反応混合物を、少なくとも1kg/cm2の圧力下に反応させ、次いで d)金型から成形品を取り出す ことを特徴とする方法。 11.上記工程(a)〜工程(c)は、温度10〜30℃、好適には室温(18〜25℃) で実施する請求項10記載の方法。 12.上記工程(c)の反応混合物の反応は、自生圧の条件下に実施する請求項 10記載の方法。 13.工程(c)の反応時間は、5〜30分、好適には10〜20分である請求項10 記載の方法。 14.前記金型として、密閉式金属製またはプラスチック製金型を用いる請求 項10〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合材料または請求項10〜14のい ずれかに記載の方法によって製造される複合材料の、ボード、ストリップ、キュ ーブ、スクエアーなどの形態での好適には湿潤環境または戸外における使用。 16.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合材料または請求項10〜14のい ずれかに記載の方法で製造される複合材料の、建設業の半製品または外装材とし ての使用。 17.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合材料または請求項10〜14のい ずれかに記載の方法で製造される複合材料の、包装材、床材、階段または装飾用 ビームとしての使用。 18.車両、好適には自動車、例えば乗用車およびキャンピングカーだけでな くトレーラー、船および航空機の内装品としての請求項17記載の使用。 19.戸外もしくは家屋内または建物内の区画、特にキッチンまたはバスルー ムにおける装飾目的のための、請求項16記載の使用。
