Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マトリックス材料と、少なくとも1つの弗素系熱可塑性合成樹脂及びフィラ ーから成る滑り材料とを備えたプレーンベアリング材料において、 滑り材料は、フィラーとして5〜48容量%の窒化硼素と、層構造を備えた2 〜45容量%の少なくとも1つの金属化合物とを有し、弗素系熱可塑性合成樹脂 の割合は、50〜85容量%であることを特徴とする前記プレーンベアリング材 料。 2.弗素系熱可塑性合成樹脂では、PTFE又はETFE、PCTFE、ECT FE、PVDF、PFA又はFEPの1つ又は複数の弗素系熱可塑性合成樹脂を 添加したPTFEが対象となる請求の範囲1記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 3.金属化合物ではMoS2、硫化タングステン、硫化チタン又は沃化チタンが 対象となる、請求の範囲1又は2記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 4.窒化硼素がヘキサゴン変体で存在する、請求の範囲1から3までのうちのい ずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 5.窒化硼素の割合が6.25〜32容量%及び金属化合物の割合が5〜30容 量%である、請求の範囲3又は4記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 6.フィラーが40μm以下の粒度を有する、請求の範囲1から5までのうちの いずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 7.フィラーが20μm以下の粒度を有する、請求の範囲6記載のプレーンベア リング材料。 8.窒化硼素/金属化合物のフィラー組合せの40容量%までが他の添加物によ って置換されている、請求の範囲1から7までのうちのいずれか一記載のプレー ンベアリング材料。 9.添加物ではSi3N4又は炭化硼素のような硬質材料の群と、コークスのよう な顔料と、グラファイト−短繊維又はアラミド繊維のような繊維材料と、グラフ ァイトのような固体潤滑剤又はPAI又はPIのような耐高温熱可塑性合成樹脂 のうちの1つ又は複数の群を対象とする請求の範囲8記載のプレーンベアリング 材料。 10.マトリックスが滑り材料が装入されている多孔質の青銅骨格である、請求 の範囲1から9までのうちのいずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 11.マトリックスが熱可塑性合成樹脂であり、熱可塑性合成樹脂には微細な粒 度の滑り材料が混入されており、その際全プレーンベアリング材料に対するマト リックスの割合は60〜95容量%である、請求の範囲1から9までのうちのい ずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング材料。 12.マトリックスが、PPS、PA、PVDF、PSU、PES、PEI、P EEK、PAI又はPIから成る、請求の範囲11記載のプレーンベアリング材 料。 13.請求の範囲1から12までのうちのいずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング 材料の中実合成樹脂滑り要素としての使用法。 14.請求の範囲1から12までのうちのいずれか一記載のプレーンベアリング 材料の金属背板に取りつけられる滑り層としての使用法。
