- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ホーンのワーク面に全体的に平行に、部品および前記ホーンとの間に相対的 運動を与えることにより部品と前記ホーン22とを接触させる工程と、 前記ホーン22から前記部品へ向けて高周波エネルギーを印加する工程と、 溶接中、(a)加圧力、(b)溶接速度、(c)部品ポジション、(d)ホー ンポジション、(e)加圧力、溶接速度、溶接振幅、部品ポジション、およびホ ーンポジションの中のいずれかの組み合わせ、のうち少なくとも一つを変更する 工程と、を含む部品溶接方法。 2.変更する工程が溶接振幅を変更する工程も含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3.ホーンのワーク面に全体的に垂直に、部品および前記ホーンとの間に相対的 運動を与えることにより部品と前記ホーン22とを接触させる工程と、 前記ホーン22から前記部品へ向けて高周波エネルギーを印加する工程と、 溶接中、(a)加圧力、(b)ホーンポジション、(c)アンビルポジション 、(d)加圧力、ホーンポジション、アンビルポジション、および溶接振幅のう ちの2つ、の中の少なくとも一つを変更する工程と、を含む部品溶接方法。 4.変更する工程が、溶接中、必要に応じて温度、時間、溶接速度、加圧力、周 波数、ホーンポジション、溶接体積、および溶接エネルギー等の、外部からプロ グラムされる入力値または測定値の1つ以上の関数として加圧力、ホーンポジシ ョン、溶接速度、および溶接振幅を変更する工程を含み、それによって、必要エ ネルギーが異なる領域を溶接する、請求項1、2、または3のいずれかに記載の 方法。 5.更に、溶接品質を検知する工程と、 検知した溶接品質に応じて一つ以上の溶接パラメータをリアルタイムで自動的 に調整して所望の溶接レベルを得る工程と、を含む請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記検知する工程および調整する工程が、入来部品の厚さを測定して溶接厚 さを自動的に調整して、これを測定して制御する工程と、 溶接中に溶接温度を測定してこれを制御する工程と、 部品周波数を測定する工程と、 溶接エネルギーを測定する工程と、 溶接品質を制御する工程と、のうちの一つの工程を含む請求項4に記載の方法 。 7.高周波ホーン22と、 前記ホーン22および溶接する部品の間に相対的運動を与える手段と、 溶接中に、(a)加圧力、(b)溶接速度、(c)部品ポジション、(d)ホ ーンポジション、および(e)加圧力、溶接速度、溶接振幅、部品ポジション、 およびホーンポジションの中のいずれかの組み合わせ、のうちの少なくとも一つ を変更して、必要に応じて、溶接体積、表面積、および材料厚さが異なる領域を 溶接する手段と、を含む部品を溶接する装置10。 8.前記変更する手段が、溶接振幅を変更する手段も含む請求項7に記載の装置 。 9.前記加圧力を変更する手段が、可変加圧力制御または前記ホーンのポジショ ンを変更する手段の少なくとも一つを含む請求項7に記載の装置。 10.前記溶接速度を変更する手段が、可変加圧力または速度制御あるいはトラ バーステーブル12のポジションを変更する手段を少なくとも一つを含む、請求 項7に記載の装置。 11.高周波ホーン22と、 (a)加圧力、(b)ホーンポジション、(c)アンビルポジション、および( d)加圧力、ホーンポジション、アンビルポジション、および溶接振幅の中の2 つ、の中の少なくとも一つを溶接中に変更して、必要に応じて、溶接体積、表面 積、および材料厚さの異なる領域を溶接する手段と、を含む部品をプランジ溶接 する装置10。 12.前記変更する手段が、溶接中、必要に応じて、温度、時間、溶接速度、加 圧力、周波数、ホーンポジション、溶接体積、および溶接エネルギー等の、外部 からプログラムされる入力値または測定値の1つ以上の関数として、加圧力、ホ ーンポジション、溶接速度、および溶接振幅を、変更して、 それによって、必要なエネルギーが異なる領域を溶接する手段を含む、請求項 7、8、9、10、および11のいずれかに記載の装置。 13.更に、溶接品質を検知する手段と、 前記検知した溶接品質に応じて溶接パラメータを一つ以上リアルタイムで自動 的に調整して所望の溶接レベルを得る手段と、を含む請求項7、8、9、10、 および11のいずれかに記載の装置。
