Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血栓を除去するための方法であって、 (a)身体内での血管内の血栓を有効に除去するために、該血栓に超音波を放射 する工程と、 (b)放射中、血栓の除去における超音波の増強を生じさせる超音波の放射に安 定な超音波増影剤の所定の投与量を導入する工程と、 を備えることを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1の方法であって、前記超音波は、経皮的に与えられることを特徴と する方法。 3.請求項1の方法であって、前記超音波は、脈管内で与えられることを特徴と する方法。 4.請求項1の方法であって、前記超音波増影剤は、微小気泡媒体からなること を特徴とする方法。 5.請求項4の方法であって、前記微小気泡媒体は、フルオロカーボンコロイド 溶液を含むことを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項4の方法であって、前記微小気泡媒体は、ドデカフルオロペンタンを 含有するコロイド溶液であることを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項1の方法であって、前記超音波は、100kHz以下の周波数にて導入 されることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求項7の方法であって、前記超音波は、60kHz以下の周波数にて導入さ れることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求項8の方法であって、前記超音波は、約20kHzの周波数にて導入され ることを特徴とする方法。 10.血栓崩壊剤の血栓崩壊作用を増強する方法であって、 (a)身体内の血管内に生じている血栓を有効に除去するために、該血栓に超音 波を放射する工程と、 (b)上記血栓の近くに血栓崩壊剤の所定の投与量を導入する工程と、 (c)上記血栓を除去する上記超音波及び上記血栓崩壊剤の効能を増強するため に、上記血栓の近くに、超音波増影剤の所定の投与量を導入する工程と、 を備えることを特徴とする方法。 11.請求項10の方法であって、前記超音波増影剤は、微小気泡媒体からなり 、上記微小気泡媒体は超音波の放射に安定であることを特徴とする方法。 12.請求項11の方法であって、前記微小気泡媒体は、ドデカフルオロペンタ ンを含有するコロイド溶液であることを特徴とする方法。 13.請求項11の方法であって、前記血栓崩壊剤は、ストレプトキナーゼを含 有することを特徴とする方法。 14.心臓血管障害物を除去するための装置であって、 上記心臓血管の障害物に超音波を放射する超音波手段と、 上記心臓血管の障害物の除去における上記超音波の増強を生じさせるための所 定の超音波増影剤と、 上記所定の超音波増影剤を上記心臓血管の障害物の近くに導入する手段と、 を備えることを特徴とする装置。 15.請求項14の装置であって、前記超音波手段は、超音波を経皮的に与える 手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。 16.請求項14の装置であって、前記超音波手段は、超音波を脈管内にて与え る手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。 17.請求項14の装置であって、前記超音波増影剤は、微小気泡媒体を含有し 、該微小気泡媒体は超音波の放射に対して安定であることを特徴とする装置。 18.請求項17の装置であって、前記微小気泡媒体はフルオロカーボンコロイ ド溶液を含むことを特徴とする装置。 19.請求項17の装置であって、前記微小気泡媒体は、ドデカフルオロペンタ ンを含有するコロイド溶液であることを特徴とする装置。 20.請求項14の装置であって、前記超音波手段は、約100kHz以下の周波 数にて超音波を放射するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 21.請求項20の装置であって、前記超音波手段は、約60kHz以下の周波数 にて超音波を放射するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 22.請求項20の装置であって、前記超音波手段は、約20kHz以下の周波数 にて超音波を放射するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
