Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から反射された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器から供給された解剖学上内部構造体の画像を表示するモニタ ーとからなる撮像装置。 2.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記光源が多色光源からなる撮像装置。 3.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記光源が赤外域の単色光源からなる撮像 装置。 4.請求項3に記載のものであって、前記単色光源は700〜900nmの範囲 内で照射することよりなる撮像装置。 5.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器は電荷結合装置型赤外 線カメラである撮像装置。 6.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器はビデオカメラである 撮像装置。 7.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器は液晶テレビ型検出器 である撮像装置。 8.請求項1に記載のものであって、コントラスト増強素子を設けてなる撮像装 置。 9.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が必要波長以外 の光を除去する手段を備えてなる撮像装置。 10.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が目標組織部 域での複合散乱光を減少させる手段を備えてなる撮像装置。 11.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が少なくとも 一つの帯域フィルターを備えてなる撮像装置。 12.請求項11に記載のものであって、前記帯域フィルターが約800nmの 波長を通過させるものである撮像装置。 13.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子がデジタル処 理器フィルターを備えてなる撮像装置。 14.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が少なくとも 一つのコリメータを備えてなる撮像装置。 15.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から透過された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 前記光源と前記生物学的組織との間の入射光の光路に設けられた第1光学偏光 素子と、組織の非光源側と前記イメージ検出器との間の透過光の光路に設けられ た第2光学偏光素子とを備えてなるコントラスト増強素子とからなる撮像装置。 16.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から反射された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 前記光源と前記生物学的組織との間の入射光の光路に設けられた第1光学偏光 素子と、前記生物学的組織と前記イメージ検出器との間の反射光の光路に設けら れた第2光学偏光素子とを備えてなるコントラスト増強素子とからなる撮像装置 。 17.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から透過された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 変調源と、該変調源に接続された光位相変調器とを備えてなるコントラスト増 強素子とからなる撮像装置。 18.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から反射された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 変調源と、該変調源に接続された光位相変調器とを備えてなるコントラスト増 強素子とからなる撮像装置。 19.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から透過された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 照射強度変調源を備えてなるコントラスト増強素子とからなる撮像装置。 20.光源と、 該光源からの光であって、生物学的目標組織から反射された光を検出するイメ ージ検出器と、 該イメージ検出器からのイメージ情報を受け取って表示するモニターと、 照射強度変調源を備えてなるコントラスト増強素子とからなる撮像装置。 21.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記光源と前記イメージ検出器とが単一 の一体構成装置の一部を構成してなる撮像装置。 22.請求項22に記載のものであって、前記単一の一体構成装置がヘルメット からなる撮像装置。 23.請求項22に記載のものであって、前記モニターが前記ヘルメットの一部 である撮像装置。 24.請求項22に記載のものであって、前記光源が光ファイバー束に連結され てなる撮像装置。 25.請求項22に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器が赤外線感応型ビ デオカメラであり、前記光源がダイオードレーザからなる撮像装置。 26.請求項22に記載のものであって、前記単一の一体構成装置が外科手術器 具の自動部品からなる撮像装置。 27.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記光源は少なくとも二つの波長で照射 するものであり、前記イメージ検出器が二値化フレーム取込み器に接続されてな る撮像装置。 28.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記光源は少なくとも二つの波長で照射 するものであり、前記モニターは各波長で反射された画像を高速にて交互に表示 するものである撮像装置。 29.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が生物学的組 織内に吸収される外因性色素を含んでおり、前記イメージ検出器に二値化フレー ム取込み器を接続してなる撮像装置。 30.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が生物学的目 標組織に取り付けた単クローン系抗体を含んでおり、前記イメージ検出器に二値 化フレーム取込み器を接続してなる撮像装置。 31.請求項8に記載のものであって、前記コントラスト増強素子が血管内のプ ラクに集めた分子を含んでおり、前記イメージ検出器に二値化フレーム取込み器 を接続してなる撮像装置。 32.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器が液晶テレビ式検出 器であって、前記光源と前記検出器とが同期して位相変調されるようにした撮像 装置。 33.請求項1に記載のものであって、前記イメージ検出器が光屈折結晶である ことよりなる撮像装置。 34.解剖学上構造体を撮像する方法であって、 生物学的目標組織を照射するステップと、 前記生物学的目標組織からの反射光を検出するステップと、 モニターに前記反射画像を表示するステップとからなる撮像法法。 35.請求項34に記載の解剖学上構造体を撮像する方法であって、前記照射ス テップが、700〜900nmの範囲の波長で照射するステップを更に備えてな る撮像方法。 36.請求項34に記載の解剖学上構造体を撮像する方法であって、前記検出ス テップが、電荷結合装置型赤外線カメラで検出するステップを更に備えてなる撮 像方法。 37.請求項34に記載の解剖学上構造体を撮像する方法であって、必要な光を 帯域通過させるステップを更に設けてなる撮像方法。
