- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の接着剤層と、 エネルギー反射コーティング剤を伴うプラスチックフィルムの基材と、 第2の接着剤層と、 第2のガラスシートとを、滑らかな第1の表面を有する第1のガラスシートに 連続して接触するように備えた積層ガラスにおいて、改良が、 厚みが5ミル(0.127mm)未満の薄い第1の接着剤層シートを使用し、該 プラスチックフィルムを該第1のガラスシートの該滑らかな第1の表面に重ね合 わせることを含む積層ガラス。 2.前記第1の接着剤層の厚みが0.25から4.0ミル(0.006mmから0.1 02mm)である、請求項1に記載の積層ガラス。 3.前記第1の接着剤層の厚みが0.5から3.0ミル(0.013mmから0.07 6mm)である、請求項1に記載の積層ガラス。 4.前記第1の接着剤層が、前記エネルギー反射コーティング剤を伴わない前記 プラスチックフィルムの基材の表面に接触している、請求項2に記載の積層ガラ ス。 5.前記第1の接着剤層が前記エネルギー反射コーティング剤に接触している、 請求項2に記載の積層ガラス製品。 6.前記第1の接着剤層が熱可塑性接着剤である、請求項2に記載の積層ガラス 製品。 7.前記第1の接着剤層がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含有する、請求項6に記 載の積層ガラス製品。 8.上面を有する、厚みが0.5から15ミル(0.013mmから0.38mm)の 、可撓性プラスチックシートと、該上面に接着したエネルギー反射コーティング 剤と、該エネルギー反射コーティング剤に接着した厚みが5ミル(0.127mm )未満の熱可塑性接着剤のコーティング剤とを有する複合体。 9.前記プラスチックがポリエステルである、請求項8に記載の複合体。 10.前記ポリエステルがポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項9に 記載の複合体。 11.前記プラスチックがポリカーボネートである、請求項8に記載の複合体。 12.前記エネルギー反射コーティング剤が、誘電層で固着した透明金属層を有 する光透過性の熱反射コーティング剤である、請求項8に記載の複合体。 13.前記熱可塑性接着剤が、厚さが0.25から4.0ミル(0.006mmから0 .102mm)のポリ(ビニルブチラール)のコーティング剤である、請求項8に記 載の複合体。 14.上面および下面を有する、厚さが0.5から15ミル(0.013mmから0 .38mm)の可撓性プラスチックシートと、 該上面に接着したエネルギー反射コーティング剤と、 該下面に接着した厚さが5ミル(0.127mm)未満の熱可塑性接着剤のコ ーティング剤とを有する複合体。 15.前記熱可塑性接着剤がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含有し、厚さが0.2 5から4.0ミル(0.006mmから0.102mm)である、請求項14に記載の 複合体。 16.エネルギー反射コーティング剤を伴う上面を有し、該上面が該エネルギー 反射コーティング剤が接着した、厚さが0.5から15ミル(0.013mmから0 .38mm)の可撓性プラスチックシートを得る工程と、 溶媒にポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含有する溶液層を該エネルギー反射コーテ ィング剤に塗布する工程であって、該溶液層の厚さが、溶媒を除去した後のポリ (ビニルブチラール)の層の厚みが0.25から4ミル(0.006mmから0.1 02mm)になるよう予め設定されている工程と、該溶液層から溶媒を除去する工 程と、を包含する、請求項13に記載の複合体の形成方法。
