- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.瘢痕の減少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進するのに用い るM6Pの類縁体。 2.該類縁体が、M6Pのホスホネート類縁体またはその塩である請求項1に 記載のM6Pの類縁体。 3.該類縁体が、図1(a)〜(f)で示される化合物またはその塩のいずれ かひとつから選ばれるホスホネート類縁体である請求項2に記載のM6Pの類縁 体。 4.該類縁体が、フラクトース−1−ホスフェート、マルトース−1−ホスフ ェートまたは非同配体のマンノースホスホネートである請求項1に記載の類縁体 。 5.該類縁体が、M6Pよりも有意に長い半減期を有する上記請求項のいずれ かひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 6.該類縁体がM6Pの少なくとも約10倍の半減期を有する請求項5に記載 のM6Pの類縁体。 7.該類縁体がM6Pの少なくとも約100または1000倍の半減期を有す る請求項6に記載のM6Pの類縁体。 8.該類縁体が、M6Pよりも有意に遅い速度でM6Pイソメラーゼによって 代謝される請求項5〜7のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 9.該類縁体が、M6Pイソメラーゼレセプター結合サイトに結合する請求項 5〜8のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 10.該類縁体が、細胞表面M6Pレセプター結合サイトに結合する請求項5 〜9のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 11.該類縁体が、M6Pレセプターに対して、M6Pよりも大きい結合親和 性を有する請求項5〜10のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 12.該類縁体が、M6Pイソメラーゼレセプター結合サイトに対して、M6 Pよりも大きい結合親和性を有する請求項11に記載のM6Pの類縁体。 13.該類縁体が、M6Pレセプターに対して、M6Pの約2または3倍の結 合親和性を有する請求項11または12のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁 体。 14.該類縁体が、図1(b)に示すM6Pのホスホネート類縁体またはその 塩であって、その半減期がM6Pの約1000倍である請求項1に記載のM6P の類縁体。 15.該類縁体が、図1(b)に示すM6Pのホスホネート類縁体またはその 塩であって、その半減期がM6Pの約1000倍であり、M6Pイソメラーゼレ セプター結合サイトに対して、M6Pの約3倍の結合親和性を有する請求項14 に記載のM6Pの類縁体。 16.M6Pイソメラーゼが存在する環境下でM6Pの半減期を延長する上記 請求項のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体。 17.M6Pイソメラーゼが存在する環境下でM6Pの半減期を延長するのに 用いる請求項16に記載の類縁体。 18.該類縁体が、M6Pの分解のインヒビターである請求項16または17 に記載の類縁体。 19.該類縁体が、M6Pの代謝のインヒビターである請求項18に記載の類 縁体。 20.該類縁体が、M6Pイソメラーゼのインヒビターである請求項19に記 載の類縁体。 21.瘢痕の減少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進するための 組成物とともに用いる上記請求項のいずれかひとつに記載の類縁体。 22.慢性の創傷の治癒を促進するための組成物とともに用いる上記請求項の いずれかひとつに記載の類縁体。 23.医薬的に許容しうる担体、希釈剤または賦形剤とともに用いる上記請求 項のいずれかひとつに記載の類縁体。 24.上記請求項のいずれかひとつに記載のM6Pの類縁体の使用を特徴とす る、瘢痕の減少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法。 25.創傷または線維症部位へM6Pの類縁体を投与することを特徴とする、 請求項24に記載の創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法。 26.創傷生成/発症の直前または直後のいずれかにM6Pの類縁体を使用す ることを特徴とする、請求項24または25のいずれかひとつに記載の瘢痕の減 少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法。 27.創傷生成/発症後120時間以内にM6Pの類縁体を使用することを特 徴とする、請求項24〜26のいずれかひとつに記載の瘢痕の減少をともなって 創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法。 28.瘢痕の減少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法と ともに用いる、請求項24〜27のいずれかひとつに記載の瘢痕の減少をともな って創傷または線維性疾患の治癒を促進する方法。 29.慢性の創傷の治癒を促進するための方法とともに用いる、請求項24〜 28のいずれかひとつに記載の瘢痕の減少をともなって創傷または線維性疾患の 治癒を促進する方法。
