Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約1〜約50ミリモル/lのフルオロホウ酸を含む溶液を提供し;該フルオロホ ウ酸溶液を、その溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を基準カロメル電極に対して約500〜 約1200mVの範囲にする物質と接触させ;該フルオロホウ酸溶液を汚染された材料 と接触させ;該フルオロホウ酸溶液を陽イオン交換樹脂と接触させてフルオロホ ウ酸溶液から汚染物質を除去することにより、汚染された材料と接触させたフル オロホウ酸溶液から汚染物質を除去することを含む、汚染された材料の汚染除去 の方法。 2.前記フルオロホウ酸溶液のpHが約2〜約3の範囲である、請求項1に記載 の方法。 3.溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を約500〜約1200mVの範囲にする前記物質が、ヒド ラジン、過酸化水素、オゾン、過マンガン酸カリウムおよびそれらの組み合わせ からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を約500〜約1200mVの範囲にする前記物質がオゾン である、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.フルオロホウ酸溶液の温度を約15℃〜約100℃に維持することをさらに含む 、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記汚染物質が、放射性金属および放射性金属の誘導体からなる群より選択 される、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.約1〜約50ミリモル/lのフルオロホウ酸を含む溶液を提供し;該フルオロホ ウ酸溶液を、その溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を基準カロメル電極に対して約500〜 約1200mVの範囲にする物質と接触させ;該フルオロホウ酸溶液を基板と接触させ ;該フルオロホウ酸溶液を陽イオン交換樹脂と接触させて該溶液から汚染物質を 除去することにより基板から金属を除去することを含む、基板から金属を除去す る方法。 8.前記溶液のpHが約2〜約3の範囲である、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.フルオロホウ酸溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を約500〜約1200mVの範囲にする前 記物質が、ヒドラジン、過酸化水素、オゾン、過マンガン酸カリウムおよびそれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。 10.フルオロホウ酸溶液の酸化電位(Eh)を約500〜約1200mVの範囲にする 前記物質がオゾンである、請求項7に記載の方法。 11.フルオロホウ酸溶液の温度を約15℃〜約100℃に維持することをさらに含 む、請求項7に記載の方法。
