Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.磁気誘導型流量計と組み合わせて使用する、管路(2)内の導電媒体(1 )の位相成分検出装置であって、 少なくとも1つのコンデンサ板(3)と、該コンデンサ板(3)と前記媒体( 1)との間の絶縁層(8)と、制御および評価回路を有し、該制御および評価回 路はコンデンサ板(3)に交流電圧を印加する形式の装置において、 制御および評価回路は、コンデンサ板(3)と媒体(1)との間の容量を位相 成分に対する尺度として検出する、ことを特徴とする検出装置。 2.制御および評価回路は、コンデンサ板(3)と媒体(4)との間の容量に 基づいて閾値弁別をおこなう、請求項1記載の装置。 3.制御および評価回路はコンデンサ板(3)と媒体(1)との間の容量を量 的に評価する、請求項1または2記載の装置。 4.交流電圧は2つのコンデンサ板(3)の間に印加される、請求項1から3 までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.交流電圧はそれぞれのコンデンサ板(3)と基準電位(9)との間に印加 され、媒体(1)はアース手段によって基準電位(9)と接続されている、請求 項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.媒体(1)は、容量的に結合され、媒体(1)から絶縁された電極を介し て基準電位(9)と接続されている、請求項5記載の装置。 7.コンデンサ板(3)と媒体(1)との間の容量のインピーダンスを交流電 圧の周波数と関連して、高くても基準電位(9)に対する媒体(1)のオーム抵 抗のオーダーにする、請求項5または6記載の装置。 8.コンデンサ板(3)と媒体(1)との間の容量は、少なくとも2つのキャ パシタンス(10,11)を有する容量性分圧器(12)の第1のキャパシタン ス(10)を形成し、 制御および評価回路は測定信号を容量性分圧器(12)の中間タップ(13) から取り出す、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 9.容量性分圧器(12)の第2のキャパシタンス(1)は第1のキャパシタ ンス(10)よりも小さい、請求項8記載の装置。 10.制御および評価回路の寄生容量(15)が第2のキャパシタンスを形成す る、請求項8または9記載の装置。
