Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも部分的に触媒活性材料で被覆された金属薄膜が外被管(1)の中 に配置されているような特に高い濃度の炭化水素を含む排気ガスを触媒浄化する ための内燃機関付き走行車の触媒体において、金属薄膜が外被管(1)の内周面 (3)の近くに配置され、外被管(1)の横断面の大部分が触媒活性材料付き金 属薄膜を有していないことを特徴とする内燃機関付き走行車の触媒体。 2.外被管(1)の内周面(3)に触媒活性材料付きの少なくとも一層の金属薄 膜(2)が別個の物体として内周面の少なくとも一部にわたって設けられている ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒体。 3.金属薄膜(2)の少なくとも一部範囲が構造化、特に波形にされていること を特徴とする請求項2記載の触媒体。 4.金属薄膜(2)が外被管(1)の壁に平らに合わされていることを特徴とす る請求項2記載の触媒体。 5.金属薄膜(2)が少なくとも外被管(1)の端面範囲にろう付けされている ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 6.排気ガスが貫流できる通路を形成するように構造化されている2層から6層 の金属薄膜(2)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし5のいずれ か1つに記載の触媒体。 7.金属薄膜がスパイラル状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の 触媒体。 8.金属薄膜がコイル状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の触媒 体。 9.金属薄膜がねじ状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の触媒体 。 10.金属薄膜(2)の構造が、25〜200cpsi(セル数/平方インチ) のハニカム体で生ずるような横断面の通路を形成するような大きさおよび形状を 有していることを特徴とする請求項3ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 11.金属薄膜(2)が穿孔(5)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2ない し10のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 12.穿孔(5)が2〜6mmの直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項11 記載の触媒体。 13.触媒体薄膜(2)が外被管(1)の内周面(3)に平坦にろう付けされて いることを特徴とする請求項11記載の触媒体。 14.外被管(1)が真っ直ぐ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13 のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 15.外被管(1)が湾曲して延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13 のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 16.外被管(1)が円筒形を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15 のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 17.外被管(1)が流れ方向に円錐状に広がっていることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 18.外被管(1)の横断面が楕円形を有していることを特徴とする請求項1な いし16のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。 19.金属薄膜が、材料1.4767のような組成の改良形耐熱・耐食性材料か ら成っていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のいずれか1つに記載の触媒 体。 20.電気式に加熱できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれか1つ に記載の触媒体。 21.前置触媒体(8)として利用され、主触媒体(9)が後置接続されている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれか1つに記載の触媒体。
