Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を直接噴射するための噴射弁であって、燃 料インレットから噴射開口に通じる、燃料のための流過経路を有しており、この 流過経路内で噴射開口の手前に多数の燃料通路が配置されいて、これらの燃料通 路の横断面が、所定の燃料圧において、それぞれ時間単位毎に噴射された燃料量 を規定する形式のものにおいて、 燃料通路(34,34′)の少なくとも一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐出さ れる燃料流が、弁の開放時に噴射開口(41)によって直接噴射されるように、 配向されていることを特徴とする、特に内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を直接噴射す るための噴射弁。 2.燃料通路(34,34′)は、これらの燃料通路から吐出される燃料流が 、噴射開口(41)の平面に対して直角に位置する中心軸線(A)に対して傾斜 され、ずらされて延びるように、配置されている、請求項1記載の噴射弁。 3.少なくとも2つのグループの燃料通路(34,34′)が設けられており 、それぞれ一方のグループの燃料通路(34,34′)が同じ形式で、噴射開口 (41)の中心軸線(A)に対して傾斜され、ずらされている、請求項1又は2 記載の噴射弁。 4.すべての燃料通路(34,34′)が、噴射開 口(41)の中心軸線(A)に関連して同じ傾斜を有していて、異なるグループ に属する燃料通路(34,34′)が、噴射開口(41)の中心軸線(A)に対 してそれぞれ異なった寸法でずらされている、請求項3記載の噴射弁。 5.すべての燃料通路(34,34′)が、噴射開口(41)の中心軸線(A )に対して同じ形式でずらされていて、異なるグループに属する燃料通路(34 ,34′)が、噴射開口(41)の中心軸線(A)に対してそれぞれ異なった角 度で傾斜されている、請求項3記載の噴射弁。 6.燃料通路(34,34′)が、噴射開口(41)に関連して周方向で互い に種々異なる間隔を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の噴射 弁。 7.燃料通路(34,34′)の一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐出される燃 料流が、噴射開口(41)の手前で、噴射開口(41)を取り囲む面(41′) に有利には鋭角で衝突するように、配向されている、請求項1から6までのいず れか1項記載の噴射弁。 8.燃料通路(34,34′)の一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐出される燃 料流が、弁の閉鎖時に噴射開口(41)を閉鎖する閉鎖体(39)の衝突領域に 衝突するように、配向されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の噴 射弁。 9.燃料通路(34,34′)の一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐出される燃 料流が、噴射開口(41)を取り囲む壁部に衝突するように、配向されている、 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 10.燃料通路(34,34′)の少なくとも一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐 出される燃料流が互いに手前を通過し合って燃焼室内に噴射されるように、傾斜 されてずらされている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 11.燃料通路(34,34′)の一部は、これらの燃料通路から吐出される燃 料流が互いに衝突し、この際に衝突した燃料流が有利には噴射開口(41)の後 ろで互いに衝突するように、傾斜されてずらされている、請求項1から10まで のいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 12.燃料通路(34,34′)は、この燃料通路によって形成された雲状の燃 料の中心軸線が噴射開口(41)の中心軸線(A)に対して傾斜されるように、 配向されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 13.噴射開口(41)が、噴射方向で広がる円錐形の壁部(59)によって取 り囲まれている、請求項1から8又は10から12までのいずれか1項記載の噴 射弁。 14.燃料通路(34,34′)が、弁の閉鎖時に噴 射開口(41)を閉鎖する閉鎖体(39)をガイドする弁体(29,57)内に 設けられている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 15.鉢状の弁体(60)内に、弁の閉鎖時に噴射開口(41)を閉鎖する閉鎖 体(39)のためのガイド挿入体(61)が設けられており、該ガイド挿入体の 外周面は、弁体(60)の周壁とガイド挿入体(61)との間に1つ又は多数の 燃料供給領域(33′)が設けられていて、この燃料供給領域(33′)が、ガ イド挿入体(61)に形成された燃料通路(34′,34)に接続するように、 構成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。 16.ガイド挿入体(61)が、その弁体(60)と協働する端面(62)で、 燃料通路(34′)を形成する多数の溝(64)を有している、請求項15記載 の噴射弁。 17.燃料通路(34)の少なくとも一部が、ガイド挿入体(61)内の孔とし て構成されている、請求項15又は16記載の噴射弁。
