Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a) 光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物の層を光を使用して硬化させ、 これによってポリマー層を形成させる工程;および b) 前記組成物またはポリマー層の選択された領域を、工程a)において 使用した光線量とは異なる光線量で照射し、これによって所望の画像を形成させ る工程; を含む、光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物から所望の画像を有するポリマー層を 製造する方法。 2. a) 光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物の層を光を使用して硬化させ、 これによってポリマー層を形成させる工程; b) 工程a)から得られるポリマー層または前記組成物の層の選択された 領域を、工程a)において使用した光線量とは異なる光線量で照射し、これによ って選択的に彩色された領域を形成させる工程;および c) 既に形成されたポリマー層に対し、選択的に彩色された領域を有する 所望の三次元物品が形成されるまで工程a)とb)を繰り返す工程; を含む、光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物から選択的に彩色された領域を有する 三次元物品を作製する方法。 3. 工程b)において使用する光線量が工程a)において使用する光線量よ り多い、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 4. 所望の画像または選択的に彩色された領域が、色の形成、色の変化、ま たは光ブリーチングによって形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 5. 工程a)と工程b)のそれぞれにおいて使用する光が700nm未満の波長 を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. 工程a)と工程b)のそれぞれにおいて使用する光の波長が同一か又は 実質的に同一である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. 工程a)と工程b)のそれぞれにおいて使用する光が単一の光源からの 光である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. 工程b)において使用する光線量が、工程a)において使用する光線量 より少なくとも2倍多い、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. 前記の光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物が (i) 光硬化性樹脂; (ii) 光化学反応によって現像剤に転化しうる化合物;および (iii) 前記現像剤と接触すると、色を形成するか又は色を変化させる化合 物; を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. 前記組成物が (a) (メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび/またはオリゴマーを全体で 100重量部; (b) 光開始剤を全体で0.01〜10重量部; (c) 光化学反応によって現像剤に転化しうる化合物を全体で0.01〜4重 量部; (d) 前記現像剤と接触すると色を形成するか又は色を変化させる化合物 を0.01〜4部重量;および (e) 過酸化物を0〜2重量部; 含む、請求項9記載の方法。 11. 光化学反応によって現像剤に転化しうる前記化合物が、アリールホスフ ィンオキシドもしくはアリールホスフィンスルフィド、および/または照射され ると酸を生成する化合物である、請求項9または10に記載の方法。 12. 照射されると酸を生成する前記化合物が、オニウム塩、潜在性スルホン 酸、ハロメチル−s−トリアジン、メタロセン、または塩素化アセトフェノンで ある、請求項11記載の方法。 13. 前記現像剤と接触すると色を形成するか又は色を変化させる前記化合物 が、トリアリールメタン−、ジフェニルメタン−、チアジン−、スピロ−、ラク タム−、またはフルオラン−ベースの色形成剤である、請求項9または10に記載 の方法。 14. ステレオリソグラフィー装置を使用する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 15. 前記組成物が過酸化物を含有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 16. 前記組成物が、現像剤と接触すると色を形成するか又は色を変化させる 2種以上の化合物を含有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 17. ポリマー層または三次元物品を、工程b)において使用する波長の光を 吸収する肉眼で透明な層で被覆する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 18. (a) (メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび/またはオリゴマーを10 0重量部; (b) 光開始剤を0.01〜10重量部; (c) 照射されると酸を生成する化合物を全体で0.01〜4重量部; (d) 前記酸と接触すると色を形成するか又は色を変化させる化合物を全 体で0.01〜4重量部;および (e) 過酸化物を0〜2重量部; 含む、光硬化可能で光彩色可能な組成物。
