Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. バッテリーと、そのバッテリーの充電の状態を決定するためのバッテリ ー状態指示体組立体との組合わせであって、前記バッテリーはケースと、負端子 と、正端子とを備え、前記状態指示体組立体は前記バッテリーに取り付けられる ラベルに一体にされ、前記指示体組立体は指示体電池を備え、その指示体電池は アノードと、カソードと、電解質とを含み、その電解質は指示体電池の前記アノ ードと前記カソードとの少なくとも一部に電気的に接触し、前記指示体電池はそ れ自身の起電力(e.n.f.)を持ち、指示体電池の前記アノードとカソード の一方の少なくとも一部が見えることができ、前記状態指示体組立体は電力発生 電気化学的電池である補助電池を更に備え、その補助電池はアノードと、カソー ドと、電解質とを含み、その電解質は前記補助電池のアノードとカソードとの少 なくとも一部に電気的に接触し、補助電池のアノードとカソードの一方は指示体 電池のアノードとカソードの一方に電気的に接続され、補助電池の残りの電極と 指示体電池の残りの電極とはバッテリーの端子に並列に接続され、前記バッテリ ーの放電中に、前記指示体電池の見ることができる前記電極内で反応が始まり、 それの離れている領域まで継続する、バッテリーと、そのバッテリーの充電の状 態を決定するためのバッテリー状態指示体組立体との組合わせ。 2. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、電池状態指示体組立体の厚さが 約2ミルと約100ミル(0.05mmと2.5mm)の間である組合わせ。 3. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、指示体電池のアノードとカソー ドは異なる電気化学的に活性な物質である組合わせ。 4. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、指示体電池のアノードがどの部 分も電解質電池カソードのどの部分とも重なり合わないように、指示体電池のア ノードとカソードは横に離隔される組合わせ。 5. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、前記指示体電池のアノードは銀 を含む組合わせ。 6. 請求の範囲5記載の組合わせであって、前記指示体電池のカソードはV2 O5を含む組合わせ。 7. 請求の範囲5記載の組合わせであって、前記指示体電池のカソードはラ ムダMnO2を含む組合わせ。 8. 請求の範囲5記載の組合わせであって、指示体電池電解質はリチウム・ トリフルオロメタンスルフォニルイミドおよび銀トリフルオロメタンスルフォニ ルイミドを含む組合わせ。 9. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、補助電池のアノードは亜鉛を含 み、補助電池のカソードは二酸化マンガンを含む組合わせ。 10. 請求の範囲1記載の組合わせであって、補助電池のアノードは鉛を含 み、補助電池のカソードは二酸化マンガンを含む組合わせ。
