- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約5重量%〜約20重量%の有機結合剤と、約5重量%〜約30重量%で炭化物 と発泡剤からなる膨脹性材料と、約40重量%〜約70重量%の非繊維質充填剤と、 約5重量%〜約20重量%の水からなり、基板の面にコテで塗布し配合物1リツト ル当たり約0.75m2以下の範囲の表面積を覆つてなる膨脹性配合物。 2.有機結合剤がアクリル共重合体である請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 3.有機結合剤がアクリル共重合体とアクリル・スチレン共重合体の混合物であ り、その混合物が反復単位が大きな割合のアクリルと反復単位が小さな割合のス チレンとでなる請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 4.非繊維質充填剤が75ミクロン以上の大きさの粒子を少なくとも約18重量%に した請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 5.非繊維質充填剤が297 ミクロン以上の大きさの粒子を少なくとも約10重量% にした請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 6.基板上の面にコテで塗布し、配合物1リツトル当たり約0.6m2位以下の範囲 の表面を覆うように構成された請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 7.炭化物がポリリン酸アンモニウムおよびペンタエリスリトールである請求項 1の膨脹性配合物。 8.発泡剤がメラミンである請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 9.約10重量%〜約15重量%の有機結合剤と、約15重量%〜約20重量%の炭化物 と、発泡剤からなる膨脹性材料と、約50 重量%〜約60重量%の非繊維質充填剤並びに約8重量%〜約14重量%の水でなる 請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 10.無機充填剤は石英、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、フライアツシユ 、軽石、膨脹性パーライト、膨脹性土あるいは膨脹性バーミツキユライトの少な くとも一以上が用いられてなる請求項1の膨脹性配合物。 11.約5重量%〜約20重量%の有機結合剤と、約5重量%〜約30重量%で炭化物 と発泡剤とでなる膨脹性材料と、約40重量%〜約70重量%の非繊維質充填剤と約 5重量%位〜約20重量%の水性溶剤でなる配合物から形成された膨脹性下塗り塗 料と共に塗布された少なくとも一の面を有し、その膨脹性下塗り塗料が配合物1 リツトル当たり0.75平方メートル位以下の範囲の表面積を覆うセメント質のボー ドでなるセメントボード構造体。 12.有機結合剤がアクリル共重合体からなる請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 13.有機結合剤がアクリル共重合体とアクリル・スチレン共重合体との混合体で あり、この混合体がアクリルの連続の単位が大きな割合で、且つスチレンの連続 の単位が小さな割合にされてなる請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 14.充填剤が75ミクロン以上の大きさの粒子が少なくとも18重量%含まれてなる 請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 15.充填剤が297 ミクロンより大きい粒子が少なくとも10重量%が含まれてなる 請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 16.炭化物がポリリン酸アンモニウムおよびペンタエリスリ トールでなる請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 17.発泡剤がメラミンである請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 18.約10重量%〜約15重量%の有機結合剤と、約15重量%〜約20重量%で炭化物 と、発泡剤からなる膨脹性材料と、約50重量%〜約60重量%の非繊維質充填剤並 びに約8重量%〜約14重量%の水からなる請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 19.非繊維質充填剤は石英、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、フライアツ シユ、軽石、膨脹性パーライト、膨脹性土並びに膨脹性バーミツキユライトの少 なくとも一を含んでなる請求項11のセメントボード構造体。 20.メツシユ材料が膨脹性下塗り塗料に埋め込まれてなる請求項11のセメントボ ード構造体。
