Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脱水ゾーンがウエッジゾーンとして形成され、懸濁液、特にパルプ懸濁液が 2つのベルトの間で脱水される固体液体懸濁液を脱水する装置において、ウエッ ジ高さがベルトの略全幅にわたって、ウエッジ出口において、自動的に、即ち弾 力的に調整可能であることを特徴とする上記の固体液体脱水装置。 2.固定されたウェッジに対向して設けられ、特に自動的、例えば弾力的に、調 整可能の構成されたトップウェッジセクションを特徴とする特許請求の範囲1に 記載の装置。 3.固定されたウェッジに対向して設けられ、特に自動的、例えば弾力的に、調 整可能の構成されたボトムウェッジセクションを特徴とする特許請求の範囲1に 記載の装置。 4.機械の略全幅にわったて設けられた1あるいはそれ以上のニューマチックエ レメントによって構成された調整装置によって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲1 ないし3の何れか1に記載の装置。 5.ニューマチックエレメントとして提供される少なくとも1つのチューブによ って特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲4に記載の装置。 6.ニューマチックエレメントとして提供される少なくとも1つのニューマチッ クシリンダーによって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲4に記載の装置。 7.機械の略全幅にわたって設けられた1あるいはそれ以上のハイドロリックエ レメントによって構成された調整装置によって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲 1ないし3の何れか1に記載の装置。 8.ハイドロリックエレメントとして提供される少なくとも1つのハイドロリッ クシリンダーによって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 9.ハイドロリックエレメントとして提供される少なくとも1つのベロー又はチ ューブによって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 10.バネによって支持されたウェッジのトップセクションあるいはのボトムセ クションによって特徴づけられる特許請求の範囲1ないし3の何れか1に記載の 装置。 11.ヘッドボックスの側面において特に調節自在に機械的に結合されたウェッ ジのトップ及びボトムセクションによって特徴づけられた特許請求の範囲1ない し10の何れか1に記載の装置。 12.リミットストップによって最大及び最小ギャップを限定する調整装置を特 徴とする特許請求の範囲1から11までの何れか1に記載の装置。 13.後段の最初のローラー、特にSローラーの間を通って連続するウエッジゾ ーンと、脱水ベルトとローラーの間のスペース中に対をなして突出するウェッジ セクションによって特徴づけられた特許請求の範囲1から12までの何れか1に 記載の装置。 14.ロールセンターを通過して延びるトップウエッジ゛セクションと、脱水ベ ルトとロールの間に突出するその反対側のウエッジセクションによって特許請求 の範囲13に記載の装置。 15.ロールセンターを過ぎて存在するボトムウェッジセクションによって特徴 づけられている、特許請求の範囲13に記載の装置。
