Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 5〜97体積%のエーロゲル粒子、および少なくとも1種の接着剤を含 有する複合材料であって、エーロゲル粒子の粒子直径が0.5mm未満であること を特徴とする複合材料。 2. エーロゲル粒子の比率が20〜95体積%であることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の複合材料。 3. エーロゲル粒子の粒子直径が0.2mm未満であることを特徴とする、請 求項1または2に記載の複合材料。 4. エーロゲル粒子の粒子径が2モード分布していることを特徴とする、請 求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 5. エーロゲルがSiO2ゲルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のい ずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 6. エーロゲル粒子が長期間の疎水性表面基を有することを特徴とする、請 求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 7. エーロゲル粒子径が60%を超える気孔率および0.6g/cm3未満の密 度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 8. エーロゲル粒子および/または結合剤が少なくとも1種のIR混濁剤を 含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 9. 複合材料が繊維を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか 1項に記載の複合材料。 10. 繊維の比率が0.1〜40体積%であることを特徴とする、請求項1 〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 11. 複合材料が充填材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれ か1項に記載の複合材料。 12. 接着剤としてフェノール、レゾルシン、尿素、およびメラミンホルム アルデヒド樹脂、ならびにそれらの混合物、を使用することを特徴とする、請求 項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 13. 接着剤としてポリビニルブチラールおよび/またはポリビニルアルコ ールを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の複合 材料。 14. 密度が0.6g/cm3未満であり、熱伝導性が100 mW/mK未満である ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 15. 複合材料が、少なくとも1個の疎水性表面を有することを特徴とする 、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 16. 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の製造方法であって 、エーロゲル粒子を接着剤と混合し、混合物を成形し、硬化させることを特徴と する方法。 17. 混合物を成形および/または硬化のために圧縮加工することを特徴と する、請求項16に記載の方法。 18. プレス加工を1〜1000バールのプレス圧および0〜300℃の温 度で行なうことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。 19. 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の断熱材としての使 用。 20. 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料を含む成形体。 21. 実質的に請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料からなる成 形体。 22. 板の形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項20または21に記載の 成形体。
