カートリッジが記録あるいは再生を行なうディスク装置外にあるとき、前記開口部はカートリッジ外面に配置されたシャッターで塞がれており、
該ディスク装置内にカートリッジを挿入したときに該シャッターが、該ディスク装置内に配置されたシャッター開閉機構により移動されて該開口部が露出する構成であり、
該シャッターに外力が加わってない状態のとき、該シャッターが該開口部を塞ぐようにシャッターを付勢する付勢手段をカートリッジ内に有したカートリッジを用いるディスク装置であり、
該シャッター開閉機構のシャッターを開閉するための部材は、該ディスクカートリッジが該ディスク装置の外に取り出される際、該シャッターが該付勢手段で移動する力により、ディスクカートリッジがディスク装置に挿入される初期位置に戻るように移動されることを特徴とするディスク装置。a disk capable of at least one of recording and reproduction is placed in a cartridge, the cartridge having at least one opening for allowing recording or reproduction means to access the disk;
