【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、人形用衣服（ｇａ
ｒｍｅｎｔ）と、人形および少なくとも１つの人形用衣
服を含むセット（ｓｅｔ）とに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術、及び、発明が解決しようとする課題】従
来、人形の衣類（ｃｌｏｔｈｅｓ）は織物から縫製され
ているが、これは、編み目（ｓｔｉｔｃｈｅｓ）を形成
するのが困難なため、身長約８ｃｍより小さい人形の衣
類を製作するには実行不可能である。従って、代替材料
から人形の衣類を模した物品を製造する様々な提案がな
されてきた。例えば、米国特許公報ＵＳ−Ａ−４４１４
７７４はプラスチック材料からのこうした物品の製造を
開示する。この物品は「半剛体または可撓性」と言われ
ているが、実際にはそれらの剛性の程度は、現実味を欠
いてかさばって見え、実物同様の方法で着脱できず、特
定の形状の人形に制限されるものである。さらに、一度
人形に衣類を装着すると、その手足を動かすことができ
ないので、この物品は関節を有する人形には不適当であ
る。

するために、第１の態様から、本発明は、エラストマー

【課題を解決するための手段】材料は詳細には、エチレ
ン酢酸ビニル共重合体（ｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅ ｖｉｎｙｌ
ａｃｅｔａｔｅ ｃｏｐｏｌｙｍｅｒ：ＥＶＡ）およ
び（（必要に応じて水素化される）スチレン−ブタジエ
ン−スチレン、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン、スチ
レン−ジエン（ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ−ｄｉｅｎｅ）、スチレ
ン−イソプレンとスチレン−ブタジエンのブロック共重
合体、鉱油を含むスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン・ブロ
ック共重合体、分枝スチレン共重合体（ｂｒａｎｃｈｅ
ｄ ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ ｃｏｐｏｌｙｍｅｒ）、スチレン
−ブタジエン・ゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン・トライブ
ロック・ゴム（ｔｒｉｂｌｏｃｋ ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）、ス
チレン−イソプレン−スチレン・リニア・ブロック重合
体（ｌｉｎｅａｒ ｂｌｏｃｋ ｐｏｌｙｍｅｒ）、ス
チレン・ブタジエン・ラジアル・ブロック共重合体（ｒ
ａｄｉａｌ ｂｌｏｃｋ ｃｏｐｏｌｙｍｅｒ）、ブタ
ジエン−スチレン共重合体ゴムまたは合成ゴムといっ
た）Ｓｈｅｌｌ Ｃｈｅｍｉｃａｌ Ｃｏ．によって
“Ｋｒａｔｏｎ”の登録商標で市販される重合体の何れ
かから選択される。好適には、材料の平均弾性率は１Ｍ
Ｎｍ-2未満である。より好適には、平均試験速度５００
ｍｍ／分で測定された１００％弾性率（１００％ｍｏｄ
ｕｌｕｓｏｆ ｅｌａｓｔｉｃｉｔｙ）が１２０〜３５
０ｋＮｍ-2の間であり、さらにより好適には２４０〜２
８０ｋＮｍ-2の間である。３００％弾性率は４４０〜４
９０ｋＮｍ-2の間にある。こうした数値は、十分な現実
性を有する衣服が成形される一方で、細部を成形しにく
くなったり、成形された衣服を鋳型から取り出しにくく
なるのを避ける材料を提供するが、本発明者はこうした
数値は高度弾性重合体によって得られることを発見し
た。有利には、衣服の肉厚は１〜３ｍｍである。好適に
は、衣服は射出成形されるが、またディップ（ｄｉｐ）
成形されることもある。
【０００５】第２の態様から、本発明は関節のある手足
（ａｒｔｉｃｕｌａｔｅｄ ｌｉｍｂｓ）を有する人形
と、少なくとも１つの人形用衣服を含み、前記または各
衣服がエラストマー材料またはゴムから成形されること
を特徴とする玩具のセット（ｐｌａｙ ｓｅｔ）を提供
する。人形は好適には肩と股に関節を有しており、さら
に肘および／または膝に関節を有することがある。人形
は身長が８ｃｍ未満であり、特定の実施形態では、人形
の身長は約４ｃｍである。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明を、添付の図面を参照しな
がら以下に記述するが、これは単なる例示としてのもの
にすぎない。図１の（ａ）〜図１の（ｇ）は、身長約４
ｃｍの人形のための射出成形された様々な衣服を示す。
より詳細には、図１の（ａ）はドレスを示し、図１の
（ｂ）は一足のオーバーオールを示し、図１の（ｃ）は
ガウンを示し、図１の（ｄ）はジャケットとスカートを
示し、図１の（ｅ）はベストとスカートを示し、図１の
（ｆ）はジャケットと一足のスラックスを示し、図１の
（ｇ）は帽子とコートを示す。衣服はエラストマー材料
またはゴムから成形されているので、柔軟性と弾性が顕
著であり、従来技術の衣服を模した物品と比較して高度
の現実性を提供する。現実性は、塗料、ワニス、装飾品
（ｇｌｉｔｔｅｒ）等を使用して衣服を装飾することに
よってさらに高められる。さらに、ベルト、ボタンおよ
び襟といった細部が成形処理によって提供される。詳細
な例では、衣服は単色のＫｒａｔｏｎ（ｃｌｅａｒ ｋ
ｒａｔｏｎ）から成形され、Ｋｒａｔｏｎと併用可能な
弾性率の塗料によって塗装される。
【０００７】図２の（ａ）〜図２の（ｆ）は、身長約４
ｃｍの立体人形を示す。人形は射出成形プラスチック部
品から組み立てられており、肩、腰（ｈｉｐｓ）および
膝に関節を有している。
【０００８】図３の（ａ）〜図３の（ｆ）は、それぞれ
図１の（ａ）〜図１の（ｆ）に示す衣服を装着した後の
図２の（ａ）〜図２の（ｆ）の人形を示す。その弾性に
よって、衣服は実物同様の方法、すなわちジャケットは
「腕を先に通して」着用でき、ドレス、ズボンおよびス
カートは足を踏み入れるように装着できる。しかし、上
着類は、人形の頭部の直径と腕の通常の位置のため、足
から着た方がより容易なことがある。衣服を着用して
も、人形の手足は動かすことができる。衣服は小児でも
容易に交換できる。１つの衣服を他の衣服の上に、例え
ばドレスの上にジャケットを着せるように、着用させる
ことができる。
【０００９】特定の実施形態が説明されているが、本発
明はそれらに制限されるものではない。例えば、本発明
による人形は女性の人形同様、男性の形態または立像
（ｆｉｇｕｒｉｎｅｓ）および人間以外の形態を含むこ
とがある。衣服にはスーツ、シャツ、コート、半ズボン
（ｓｈｏｒｔｓ）、マント、ケープ、制服、帽子、靴、
ヘルメット、甲冑およびスカーフが含まれる。さらに、
本明細書で使用される際「衣服」という用語には、第２
の皮膚や、他の動物または生物に似せた衣装や、岩石、
火炎、骨等に似せた成形表面を含む、人形の外面に装着
可能なあらゆる柔軟な物品が含まれることを理解された
い。本発明は特に小型人形に適しているが、あらゆる形
状と寸法の人形に適用可能である。

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 取外し可能な人形用衣服であって、エラ
    ストマー材料またはゴムから成形されることを特徴とす
    る、人形用衣服。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１に記載の人形用衣服において、
    エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、（必要に応じて水素化さ
    れる）スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン、スチレン−イ
    ソプレン−スチレン、スチレン−ジエン、スチレン−イ
    ソプレンとスチレン−ブタジエンのブロック共重合体、
    鉱油を含むスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン・ブロック共
    重合体、分枝スチレン共重合体、スチレン−ブタジエン
    ・ゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン・トライブロック・ゴ
    ム、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン・リニア・ブロッ
    ク重合体、スチレン・ブタジエン・ラジアル・ブロック
    共重合体、ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体ゴムまたは合
    成ゴムから選択される材料から製造される人形用衣服。
  3. 【請求項３】 請求項１または請求項２に記載の人形用
    衣服において、前記材料の平均弾性率が１ＭＮｍ-2未満
    である人形用衣服。
  4. 【請求項４】 請求項３に記載の人形用衣服において、
    前記材料の１００％弾性率が１２０〜３５０ｋＮｍ-2の
    間である人形用衣服。
  5. 【請求項５】 請求項４に記載の人形用衣服において、
    前記１００％弾性率が２４０〜２８０ｋＮｍ-2の間であ
    る人形用衣服。
  6. 【請求項６】 請求項１から請求項５の何れか一項に記
    載の人形用衣服において、塗料またはワニスで装飾され
    た人形用衣服。
  7. 【請求項７】 請求項１から請求項６の何れか一項に記
    載の人形用衣服において、ベルト、ボタンまたは襟とい
    った、少なくとも１つの一体的に成形された細部を含む
    人形用衣服。
  8. 【請求項８】 関節のある手足を有する人形と、少なく
    とも１つの人形用衣服とを含み、前記または各衣服がエ
    ラストマー材料またはゴムから製造されることを特徴と
    する人形と衣服のセット。
  9. 【請求項９】 請求項８に記載の人形と衣服のセットに
    おいて、前記人形が少なくとも肩、腰および肘の一つに
    関節を有するセット。
  10. 【請求項１０】 請求項８または請求項９に記載の人形
    と衣服のセットにおいて、前記人形が身長８ｃｍ未満で
    あるセット。
