[0003] The above-mentioned pipe lining method is a method in which a pipe lining material obtained by impregnating a flexible resin adsorbent whose outer peripheral surface is covered with a highly airtight film with an uncured liquid curable resin is applied to a pipe by fluid pressure. After the tube lining material is inverted and inserted into the channel, the tube lining material is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the channel, and while maintaining the state, the tube lining material is heated or the like to cure the curable resin impregnated therein. This is a method of lining the inner peripheral surface of a pipe with a hardened pipe lining material to repair the pipe.

However, it is not easy for a TV camera to find the opening of the branch pipe after the main pipe lining is performed, and the hardening pressure (when the main pipe lining material is pressed against the inner wall of the main pipe) during the lining processing. Pressure is set higher than the normal value, the main pipe lining material is depressed toward the branch pipe opening side, and the dent generated in the main pipe lining material is monitored by a TV camera, whereby the position of the branch pipe opening is determined. Had been discovered.

When the main pipe is a sewer pipe in particular, the cross section of the branch pipe opening is not a perfect circle having the same diameter as the diameter of the branch pipe but a non-circular one having a diameter different from the diameter of the branch pipe. In many cases, the dents generated in the main pipe lining material have the shape of a non-circular branch pipe opening, so it is not possible to confirm the exact position to be drilled. Was.

[0009] As a solution to the former problem, a method of inserting an impermeable barrier liner between the main pipe lining material and the main pipe to prevent the liquid curable resin from seeping out, for example, the liquid curable resin is used. In the case of an unsaturated polyester resin, a method of adding and mixing magnesium oxide (MgO) or talc as a filler to increase the viscosity of the liquid curable resin to suppress the movement thereof can be considered. It is impossible to completely prevent the movement of the curable resin.

Accordingly, claims 1-4 and claims 6-11
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the jig is used to mark a branch pipe opening.
According to the pipe lining method described in 2, 13, 15 to 21, the jig for marking the branch pipe opening is set in the main pipe, the projection is fitted into the branch pipe opening, and the jig is positioned. When the main pipe is lined using the main pipe lining, a mark having substantially the same shape as the branch pipe opening is protruded from the main pipe lining material by the projection of the jig for marking the branch pipe opening. The lining material can be accurately drilled. Further, since it is not necessary to increase the curing pressure as in the related art, there is no problem that the liquid curable resin impregnated in the main pipe lining oozes out and is hardened. Even if the cross-sectional shape of the branch pipe is a non-circular shape having a diameter different from the diameter of the branch pipe, the jig for the branch pipe opening mark is formed along a mark having substantially the same shape as the branch pipe opening formed in the main pipe lining material. The main pipe lining material can be accurately drilled.

In the jig for marking a branch pipe opening according to the eleventh aspect, the knife-edge-shaped edge of the projection serving as a plate thickness reducing member cuts into the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe lining material during pipe lining. In order to locally reduce the thickness of a predetermined portion (portion to be perforated) of the main pipe lining material, the portion can be broken by applying an external force to the portion, and the main pipe lining material is formed into a projection shape. Can be perforated accurately and easily.

As is apparent from the above description, claim 1
According to the pipe lining method according to any one of claims 12, 13, and 15-21, the jig is used for marking the branch pipe opening. After the main pipe is set in the main pipe, the protrusion is fitted into the branch pipe opening and positioned, then the main pipe is lined using the main pipe lining material. Since the mark having substantially the same shape as that of the branch pipe opening is formed on the material, the main pipe lining material can be accurately drilled along the mark. The effect that the main pipe lining material can be accurately drilled can be obtained.
