Abstract

PURPOSE: To obviate the thrust force to a rotor and to stabilize the rotating performance partly by forming an oil passage, which is subject to fluctuations in its oil pressure and which leads to an actuator, into an annular groove in the outer periphery of a rotor and partly by equalizing through a communication hole the pressures which are exerted upon the oil chambers at the both end faces of the rotor.
